This mouse lasted almost two years of solid use. Honestly, I figured it would of have broke before that, but I am glad to have purchased a two year warranty. It is definitely a high quality mouse. I would purchase again.

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my son and he loves it. He's all about this high-tech mouse with all the extra buttons for his games. I guess since he is happy it was a good buy.

I really like this mouse. It has three different modules to change it from 12 buttons to 7 buttons ,to just two buttons. It'll fit your playstyle and even just regular old computer usage.

    Good but loud scroll wheel

The hardware swapping works well and is very quick and easy. If you use different profiles for different programs there's a little hiccup when alt-tabbing back and forth is more severe with Razer than with Logitech software. I've experienced a little more flakiness with the Razer mouse software in general - sometimes it just fails to work for whatever reason. Logitech software works a little better in my experience. The worst thing about it is the loud mouse wheel sound. It sounds cheap and grating. For a premium mouse it's a big let down. Any time I scroll it makes me wish I had a different mouse.

My husband is very happy with this purchase. He previously had a gaming mouse that was complimentary from another company and worked very well but there was still a significant improvement when using this mouse.

The connection part can be annoying to change as it dosnt always want to sit right. But when it does work its a dream and very smooth. Having long fingers, the mouse has a great feel to it. Outside that all I can wish is it was a bit heavier.

I purchased this to go with FFXIV mmo the additional buttons are great and the option to try out different button sets is nice also. 12 buttons seems way to mean in thought but after time muscle memory takes over and its second nature.

I've always loved Razer peripherals, they know what gamers meed and like, This one is a new model even better then the last Naga, giving the user 3 side to choose from depending on the use or play style, choices are always great. Cheers

Definitely a Razer Fan - I've always loved how they always had different button styles available for their products. This one took it a step further, which allows you to swap out the side buttons for the style that works best for you.

    Excellent Gaming Mouse

I've been using a Razer Naga for the last two generations (Naga and Naga Chroma) and both have held up very well. I had to get each replaced once under warranty and both times Razer support made the process very simple and both still work to this day. When this version went on sale I took the opportunity to grab it because my Naga Chroma went out of warranty recently and the price just too good to pass up. The mouse seems to have excellent build quality and has a little more weight to it than previous versions (something I personally like). The addition of the swappable side panel to go from the "MMO" button pad, to the "MOBA" button pad to a more traditional two button pad gives this mouse a lot of flexibility and should meet all of your needs. The only thing that could improve this mouse would be the capability to use it both wired and wireless.

I chose this mouse for the flexibility the swappable side panel brings and I am not disappointed in the slightest! I can load up a game, switch button panels and the mouse will jump right in with me.

The flexibility of the thumb buttons make this an incredible mouse. It took a little bit of time to get used to the feel of the mouse in my hand, but once I got the hang of it I don’t remember how to use a “regular” mouse!

I play everything from FPS to MMOs and needed a mouse that would suit my needs. The ability to swap out the number of buttons here is great because now I have one mouse suited for everything. Glides smoothly and has a good weight in my hand

This is an excellent mouse. Love the removable key customizations, and the lighting is an added bonus. Takes some getting use to with all the added buttons, but it's fully customizable using the Razer software.

Good, but not a good fit for my hand

First, I want to state that there is absolutely nothing wrong with the Naga Trinity. The button placement, swappable side plates and feel of the mouse buttons and wheel was great. This is why it deserves a higher rating. However, for my hand it is too short LENGTHwise...which is the one dimension that ISN'T listed. It's a good width and a good height, the arch is smooth and the feel is great. But compared to my last mouse, the Corsair Glaive, it comes up short - literally. I'm going to return it for another mouse tomorrow, possibly the Corsair Nightsword or maybe a Razer Deathadder/Basilisk. TL;DR - Great mouse, too short for my hand. If you like mice that are longer, front to back then you should look elsewhere. Otherwise, this mouse is FIRE.

This is my 2nd Naga and it won't be my last. Was building a new gaming machine so I decided another Naga was needed. Love the side options and the control.

Love this mouse. The buttons are smooth and click nicely. The buttons for changing the scan resolution is super handy . The scroll wheel is a little loud and clunky feeling.

I love the ability to change plates on the side. This was a cool mouse. I don’t normally like cords, but I’m totally fine with this being wired. It’s great. I bought it on sale during the holidays.

    Mouse with a Purpose

With the exception of the infamous left button going out, this mouse is very well built. I utilize the mouse for all kinds of gaming and recently replaced the mouse button with the Japanese version. I frequently switch between the two and twelve side buttons layout to fit my needs between gaming, programming, and browsing. In regards to the left button going out, you can get the mouse replaced under warranty but I recommend either replacing the button yourself or getting someone else to do it when it goes out. I won't dock a star for that since the button switches are notorious in mice spanning across all brands (doesn't help that the companies that produce mice use the same Omron switches)

Easily the most comfortable gaming mouse I've ever used, and even better than the previous versions. When my molten edition Naga failed after 5+ years of punishment this mouse quickly replaced it and became my new favorite. The optical laser is amazingly accurate and smooth, and button clicks are very responsive. The RGB lights are also a nice touch. The only complaint is that it only lasted about 2 years before developing a double-clicking issue with the left mouse button. However, Razer once again showed why their customer service is above reproach. Within 24 hours of shipping out the failed mouse, I have a brand new replacement on the way, and Razer covered all the shipping costs.
