RAZER WILL NOT OFFER WARRANTY ON OPEN BOX FROM AMAZON. Now onto the review, I love this mouse. Even when my first one bit me after 6 months and the right click began sticking. I went a purchased this one new and it appears there was a revision as all of the switches in the unit feel as you would expect from razer. The best part is the ring finger rest and being able to configure all of the macros.
