Solid mouse for the price

I wish the side buttons had a little more texture on them to help keep track of which column I'm in for the numbers. The mouse fits pretty well in my hand and I have larger than average hands which is nice. The DPI buttons can be a little sensitive and I have changed the DPI settings by accident more than a few times.

Best Buy has always been the best place to purchase them. Their prices are always reasonable and comparable to other stores. They always seem to have what I need in stock and quick pickup or delivery options.

Software is corrupted

Unable to perform advertised mouse adjustments including tracker speed. 2. Software locks up and the cool Chroma effects (the lights) freeze or cease to function. 3. Prevented my PC from booting. I had to troubleshoot the problem and eventually I surmised that it was the mouse. So, after unplugging the mouse and rebooting I was able to access my computer. I uninstalled the BETA software they require you to use with the mouse in order to use the advertised features. An amazing idea with the shifting plates but they really messed up by releasing it with a requirement to use buggy software. Take a risk if you'd like but get the replacement plan so you can return it.

This mouse I've been using for the last several years. I typically replace mine roughly every two to three years, but that's because I use it. Personally any mouse that can last two-three years of me mashing buttons gets an A+ rating in my book.
