I initially wanted a new mouse because my old one, the UtechSmart Venus 16400, wouldn't let me change profiles on it anymore to match the game I'm playing, nor would the software recognize it. Tried updating the drivers, re-rolling... just, nothing. It still works just fine as a normal mouse, but I figured it was time for an upgrade after having it for nearly 2 years. So I bought the Naga Trinity... I have no idea what is causing the issue, but after literally only a few days... not weeks... not months... DAYS... of buying it the first time... it just stopped working completely. You can see the laser turn on, but the computer will not recognize it, Synapse 3, nothing... I tried everything to get it working again, still wouldn't respond. Went back to the store, the guys were awesome and helped me out with a replacement, and went to try it out... lo and behold, another few days later, same exact thing happened. Either I'm never meant to have a Razer mouse, or this one is just complete garbage... which really sucks because it handles real nicely too, and being able to swap out side panels is awesome. But I can't recommend it with these issues that prevent it from reaching peak performance. I know I'm not the only one with this issue either...
