Great mouse, but a star off for their durability. I tend to get the service plan on them because they tend to have something go wrong with them within a year.

Mouse is great but I paid full price for a new-in-box mouse not a open-box returned mouse that is missing all manuals, documentation and cool stickers.

Feel of mouse is really good some buttons don’t work when you press them. I find that I have to double click or triple click a button for it to work

My only complaint about this mouse is the finger rest place on the right. I kept pressing it thinking it was my right click. It was very confusing

Button response is weak. Module placement makes it uncomfortable for your thumb due to accidental presses during normal use.

the mouse and side pads make it very non ergonomic when using the extra buttons because that area is also how you move the mouse so you press buttons almost anytime you are moving the mouse to the right. there should be a thumb rest pad underneath. the left mouse button randomly double clicks so fast i have to be careful not to buy something because my mouse double clicked a button.

Second time I've purchased a Razer MMO style mouse. I've had to go back to original Naga Epic due the right click switch being broken not even a full year into use. I had stopped using Razer devices due to not being able to use them if the software was down. Gave two stars instead of one due to no issue with performance prior to it breaking.

    - I gave this product no thought to begin with other than there's an actual place to rest my ring finger, however, over time continued use of the product is messing up the joint in my ring finger. I actually, honestly, would not recommend this product for that simple fact. - Side panels I would recommend 2 out of 3 total panels.... The simple two button side panel, and the side panel with options in a circle. The 12 button side panel is too cluttered in my opinion and quite difficult to get use to. - And last, Razer Synapse 3. This software is terrible. Macros created do not work as intended, at all. You might accidentally overdo a macro and have to restart your computer because the "Toggle On/Off" option does not work as it's suppose to and doesn't terminate the macro. Mouse tracking software is trash and highly inaccurate. And at one point I uninstalled the software working on something else, in which doing so corrupted/damaged/deleted/disabled my mouse driver and I had to spend my evening fixing that which was extremely annoying and tiresome. (Thank god for Windows "Ease Of Access" options.) In my opinion, don't waste your time with Razer; Stick with other gaming brands.

Started out great, however after a couple of days using it, computer was having weird input issues with the keyboard. keyboard would just get stuck with phantom keypresses. Turns out it was the mouse and there was an issue with the removable button module that was causing the phantom keypresses. Replaced the mouse and it never happened again.

I've gone thru many naga but this new model is non structurally sound. Within weeks to months the scroll wheel is loose and cant be keybound, and the side buttons on the 12 side attachment loses key function fast. It's a real shame that razer has gone down in quality on its naga over the years, I cant game without it...so I'm just left to replace it after 3 months !!!

After having a Razer Naga Epic which lasted me for 6.5 years I was loyal to the Razer brand. I replaced it with a Naga Chroma when it wore out, but that’s where the problems started. That Naga lasted me 1 year and I warrantied it out. That was a grueling process because of Razer’s customer service. When I finally got it replaced, my replacement lasted about 2 years before the mouse wheel went out. I tried to replace it with the new Naga Trinity model, but ended up a bust. I had to return and exchange this item 3 times within a week. The 5 key went out the next day on the first one, the 3 key was sticking out of box on the second one and stopped working 2 days later. The 2 key on the third one didn’t work out of box. I will not buy a Razer Mouse again. P.S. As part of Razer’s new drivers they use software similar to not coin mining to earn “rewards points”. This puts an intense load on your PC making the video card run at full blast all the time. Do not use this.

2 in less than 6 months, same problem different button. First mouse right click not registering all the time making dragging difficult. Returned this and purchased another and same problem but with left click this time. I’ve had razer mice and something about the Trinity feels cheap and not worth the price.
