Meh
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It lights up in different colors in sync with the keyboard, but I don’t think it’s worth the price

Broken after 2 months
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Barely lasted 2 months with light usage. The side plates with two buttons and seven buttons stopped connecting. The synapse recognizes the side plate with two buttons as the plate with 12 buttons. Also, my computer for the last few days has been spamming the = key. Finally realized it was because of the side plate from this mouse. Wouldn't recommend, has been a hassle setting up, Isn't that comfortable, and now doesn't work, and I can't return it.

Software is the problem
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Background - I game on an amateur competitive level. I go through mice approximately 1 mouse every 6 months or so. Pros - Versatile, good hardware sensor, decent precision even on poor surfaces. Has hardware profile memory, decent amount. Wheel has tilt, which gives it extra functions. Lighting is excellent. Cons - Software support, synapse responds VERY slow and simply just doesn't work. It's not intuitive. Hardware memory also slow. Although the tilt is nice, it's a little too sensitive. Bottom line - the multiple versions of the software is still very poor and does not do the hardware justice. Because of that, my last 2 mice have been Corsair and I've been very happy. I WANT to like this mouse, if they fix their software I will buy another Trinity because it is a good concept and when it does work it's great. Except it works less than 10% of the time.

Worked okay for two months or so, then unusable
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I loved using this mouse for the couple of months that it worked properly. However, after about two months the left mouse button would not hold down. This got worse through to today, and it is now entirely unusable for gaming because the left mouse button either does not work or acts as if I'm clicking it as it's being held down. Very disappointing for the amount of money that it costs, and I was very excited to use it..

Left click button failure
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I absolutely love everything about this mouse but the left mouse button continuously fails on me. I have the BestBuy warranty and they do replace it but I have to pay out of pocket every time for a new 2-year warranty. It has since been acting up and I have only had it a couple of months (this is the fourth one). So I'm having to move on from the razer mouse and looking at the corsair scimitar.

New model trash compared to older models.
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought these to replace our old naga mice that my husband and I had used for about 6-8 years. Extremely disappointed. I had bought one for each of as as my husbands old mouse was having button sticking and tracking issues. He used this mouse for about 6 months before it had tracking and button sticking issues unresolved by air cleaning. He then started using the mouse we got for me (since my naga is running strong after 9 years) and this one had the same issues after 4 months. We are done with Razor mice for good. The original product was fabulous. This one is trash.

Razer's Poor Quality Reputation is Earned
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.3 months after picking up this mouse, the left mouse button broke (accidental double clicking, losing drag, etc). Razer won't support it as it's "outside of it's limited warranty" and the feedback online is that it's a hardware problem with a sensor. Beyond this, the Razer software has been flaky, with disconnects and random issues, which applies to both this mouse and other Razer hardware that I have. Now that there are enough proper gaming peripheral competitors out there I would not recommend getting invested in the Razer ecosystem of devices.

Razer Naga Trinity
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Razer Naga Trinity Wired Optical Gaming Mouse offers versatility with its interchangeable side plates featuring 2, 6, and 12 buttons. This customization caters to diverse gaming needs, enhancing both MMOs and FPS experiences. The mouse boasts a precise optical sensor, responsive buttons, and Razer's signature design flair. While it might feel a bit weighty for some users, the Naga Trinity stands out as a reliable and adaptable choice for gamers seeking a tailored button layout.

Low quality, buttons stop working
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this mouse in January of 2019. I've had to use the warranty to replace it twice already & this 3rd mouse is already messing up. The left & right clicks don't always get recognized & the scroll wheel does whatever it wants after you use it for about a hour. The side buttons mess up sometimes & you have to take the side plate off & reattach it to get it to functioning again. I play WOW & it makes raiding a nightmare when the mouse starts acting up.

Crap
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the third razed naga trinity I have purchased in the last year. Each one had clicking problems with the left and right mouse buttons. I keep getting told it’s a software issue. I took one apart and it’s 100% a physical design flaw. And razer refuses to make good on them. At $79 a Pop buy something else. And 30 day return policy for elite members is garbage. I’ll never buy from beat buy again

Poor side button durability
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I returned the first one within a week or so because the bottom left button ceased to work. The second one lasted about 4 months. The bottom left button and bottom right button stopped working properly. I play mainly on the weekends. For those who have ceratin older razer products, you may need to run both the old and new razer synapse programs.

Horrible Product
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For the amount of money this costs, this product should work flawlessly. I found that to not be the case with this mouse at all. Cheaply made junk that doesn’t last at all. I only had this a month before it absolutely refused to work at all and I ended up returning this product for store credit. No way in the world would I purchase this product again and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else do so.

Love Razer- Hate how Poor the Quality is.
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this to replace my first generation Naga when it finally died after 10 years of use. I had the Trinity for two weeks before the number pad started to not work. Random numbers would not click. I checked for updates and found I was up to date. I ended up returning this one for a different brand all together, I am horribly disappointed.

Great design. Bad micro switch.
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great mouse,,, if you can get past the fact the left click micro switch goes out. Second mouse in two years to do this. First one lasted a little over a year. Second mouse didn’t last a year. Left click will double click, not hold clicks. Common problem after a internet search. Probably not just Razer. I went optical switch this time. Hope I can get over a year out of my new mouse.
