The mouse button double clicks sometimes when I only single click and also un-clicks when I try to drag windows around. Tech support made me jump through hoops to troubleshoot, then one I did all their steps, they asked me to catch it on video!? Really? My time is worth more than that Razer. I'm done.

this is my third naga, the original one i had lasted for years. this one is already breaking any i haven’t had it for more than a month, the right click sticks every 10 or so clicks and won’t respond for about 3-4 following clicks. other than that it’s a great mouse. sad that the quality has gone down

After to months of use, this mouse double clicks randomly. There is no way for me to return this item or even exchange it. I always buy razor products and knowing that there is no way to exchange it for a new one after two months is pretty sad.

I've tried these several times over the years and Razer suffers from the same problems in 2020 that they always have. Poor optics = poor performance. Sometimes no performance at all. I've had three different versions of this mouse over the years because everything else about it is fantastic, but hardly matter if the mouse itself wont work.

Bought this to replace my death adder. The L click was broken after 1 month of use.

I loved the Naga Trinity and swapping side panels until the left mouse button stopped being able to be held down. This impacts almost everything as you cannot click and drag because it releases the hold while still pressing the left mouse down. Razer uses a poor quality switch that stops working after 9 months of use.

it was a really good mouse till it just up and stoped after owning it for 3 days it just up and dyed

I've got about 5 of these now in a drawer.. because they stop working or start acting funny after a couple of months. This time, the left click button just went crazy. Razor did not respond to my email asking for some resolution. I love razor mice and other gear but these naga trinity's are just trash.

The mouse has started to release my click when holding to click, such as for dragging.

Doesn’t stay lit. The mouse works but lights in it do not. We got it to work once.

Some of the buttons are not fully programmable or usable as hotkeys

Great mouse... but might be the last item i get shipped to my house from best buy! Every package lately has shown up completely destroyed...partially because bestbuy S&H department is shipping fragile//sensitive items in padded envelopes.... including this mouse..... cmon best buy! GET IT TOGETHER!

After a couple months the left primary button started acting sporadically. It sees random double clicks, or sees a click/drag as a series of clicks. It makes the mouse unusable. I've just tossed it in the trash.

Didn’t even last a couple months with daily use. Left mouse just stopped functioning properly. This has been the third naga I’ve purchased over the years. Just give it a pass and try a different brand.

But it could have 52 buttons on the side and if they dont work 2 days after the best buy 15 day return policy goes out then its a waste of 75 dollars. 15 days is crap for one and razer is supposed to be a better product than this. guess i should of bought a corse air

This is the only mouse I use but they always break within 3 months. The right click usually stops working so I cannot turn in video games. It’s a very expensive thing to have to rebuy constantly.

Apparently a common issue with this mouse is the magnetic receptors for the changeable panels to dysfunction. Mine did that. What I mean is during gameplay, none of the side panel buttons would work, at all. It would work again after bonking it, exchanges for a new one.

Mouse overheats easily and the buttons stop working. Very glitchy.

My review is of this mouse with the 12 button panel attached. The 1 and 2 buttons failed within 8 months. This is the 4th Razer mouse I've had fail on me.

Every naga trinity inhave purchased, which is 5 or 6 have only lasted 3 or 4 months then the mouse buttons stop working. Best buy has replaced them for me each time but just gave up on naga after a while
