Went bad within a few months
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent shape, great performance, but the optics started going bad within a few months of purchasing. Of course it was after the 60 day return window. I loved this mouse, but for $180 I expect WAY more life out of it.

its got the buttons - you need good grip strength
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.first things first--- to be able to charge this with the puck-- you actually need to buy the razer base... it doesnt work with anything else... ive tried 3 different qi charging pads... so keep that in mind if you want it to be truely wireless...(unless mine is busted - getting the base from amazon today) Its big.. its heafty, and a little heavy - but has a decent grip on the right side - i have very low dexterity in my hands and this is a little hard to use, i need it for the buttons -- trying to figure out a way to hold it easier. yes its big, and heavy, but it comes with a lot of features that are extremely nice to have, most you know already if youre reading this--- one thing i never saw was that you can change the scroll wheel!!!! How many rotations how strong the pull needs to be -- I had no idea things like this existed, I was used to the logi-button that just flips it to completely free wheel-- but being able to change the strength and clicky's it takes for your own personal preference is AMAZING!!! so yes, I will be keeping this mouse no matter what-- I just need to figure out a way to comfortable hold a mouse this big in my low dexterity hands... if the charging dock actually works, I will put this at 5 stars.

Middle Mouse button broken within 8 months.
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Middle mouse button fails quickly with regular use, multiple people have this issue, not worth the price considering the low build quality.

Many faults. Only buy if your hands are huge.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The good - wireless works well, scroll wheel has horizontal scrolling. Build quality is solid - all buttons function properly and no double clicking nightmare. The bad - I have many complaints. This mouse is HUGE. It is extremely uncomfortable to use, and I have started to have wrist pain after one week of using it. I basically have to hold it diagonally in order to even use the MMO buttons and get a grip on the mouse. The 1,2,3 buttons on the MMO panel are impossible to reach with your thumb if held normally. The mouse is very slippery and impossible to pick up by normal means. I'm going to try using grip tape so that I can hold the mouse normally, even though that will make me unable to press 3 of the MMO buttons. I really only need 9 of the 12 anyway. Don't care about these features at all - RGB who cares.

Functional Gaming Mouse
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've been using this mouse for about a month now. It works just fine and the customization options are nice, the only issue I've had with it is I dislike the scroll wheel. More often than not I'll click on it to open a new tab and instead it'll tilt to the left and scroll down the page. Not a huge problem but a bit annoying.

Chonky
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First time I connected the mouse and used it, my first thought was “this is chonk-tastic”. Its much bigger than my other mouse, almost double the size. I love the interchangable sides, and I’m getti g use to the size. It has taken me a bit ti get use to it though. For me, definitely worth the upgrade

Known issue with the faulty scroll wheel
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. As much as i LOVE razer products, and have many of the accessories, the Naga (both wired and PRO versions) have one glaring issue... the scroll wheel. If you intend on buying one of these be sure you keep your receipt or have a digital version because you will almost certainly be taking the mouse back for a replacement within 6 months. The scroll wheel will stay sturdy for about 3 months and will eventually become loose. After this, the skipping starts, where scrolling up or down will jump back and forth. This is a known issue with this mouse (search for others seeing the same issue). A minor reprieve you can get for a few months will be compressed air. press down on the scroll wheel and flick quickly in both directions while simultaneously spraying compressed air into the scroll wheel chamber. You can generally get a few more months before the scroll sensor goes bad beyond repair. I will be taking mine back to Best Buy today to get a replacement, which on Razer's site claims should be fine. This is the one big benefit to razer products, a full 2 year warranty that is authorized through authorized resellers. I wish i could give a better score, and i would consider other options, but frankly ive used this same mouse for over 5 years and my hands are just used to it. If you are new to MMO gaming and considering this mouse, id train your hands on a different product.

Great wireless mouse

Build Quality isn't as good as it use to be.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought my first Naga mouse in 2012. It was a wired Naga and at the same time I bought a Black Widow Keyboard. Had the first Naga for 9 years until it bit the bust. Thought I would try the wired Naga Pro and 3 years later it died on me. Seems like Razer now carries a premium price tag with a low tier build quality and I say this as I type on my 12 year old Razer Black Widow keyboard.

Quality but I think still need improvements in som
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very quality mouse. Barely used it and it still looks brand new. I used disinfecting wipe to clean the mouse and now the mouse is misbehaving.

Don't Recommend This
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Razer Synapse, the software required to edit the mouse's functionality, is some of the buggiest software I've ever had to use. Among other things, if it is running in the background, it will cause your games to constantly minimize. I'd recommend a different company.
