Had for about 2 months. The mic has been an issue the entire time. If the mic is not touching my lips and I’m not raising my voice I can’t be heard clearly. The sounds is ok, my Logitech 930s had a bit more bass that I miss, other wise they are clear and work well for sound output. I will be looking for something else to use. I bought these on sale and wish I would have just spent the extra money on something else.

it's cool so far every minor inconvenience i found was easily fixable in the audio part of the razer app definitely worth the money especially since it's on sale mic on it is pretty good too but at retail price i'm not sure if i'd recommend getting this when the hyper x is available

Sound quality when listening is good. Output quality kind of sucks. Sound goes in and out a lot. If it wasn't on sale for 30ish dollars I wouldn't have bought.

Bought these to use for an Xbox since they popped up with other gaming headsets, these are not compatible at all. So their unused and back in the box. Pretty bummed.

Good headset, there’s definitely better tho. Good 3D sound too.

These were a gift for my wife and she loves them, they block out noise and sound great to her.

Gave it three stars start off with a good very comfortable and looks are very nice. The bad seems to be no one can hear me on the other end.

Upgreaded from this to the new Kaira pro for PS5 and honestly prefer this one in terms of comfort. Its a big bulky and heavy but the comfort this headset provides is perfect for someone whos ears and jaw get sore after wearing a headset for a few hours. Overall price to performance this headset has been the best I've found so far. I actually went back to this after using the new Kaira pro after a while because my ears couldn't take wearing it for more than an hour or two

Perfect for my PS5. Yes, doesn’t have a mute button physically on the headphones but you can use the PS5 controllers mute button and It’ll mute the headphones. I’m satisfied and on sale was perfect.

Nearly perfect with pretty weak noise reduction mic. If you're not an RGB fan and not gonna use headphones' mic then it's a perfect choice for you at this price

Very happy with the price-performance of this product, only down side is thay the companion SW won't really improve your gaming experience, you're better off tweaking the audio settings directly from the windows menu.

My grandson loves them because he can move around and go to the kitchen without unplugging them

Overall, a great value when considering the recent sales price. Big, but not heavy or uncomfortable. Took me a while to get the software to recognize the device - word to the wise, press and hold the button on the headset to connect to your pc!

Heavy, slides around, uncomfortable for long periods of useage, and terrible connectivity issues. Bought one and returned for another due to connectivity. The second one had the same connectivity issues so it was returned and never looked back upon
