    Headphones work fine however, the mic needs to be placed up around the headphone to be muted. It says just flipped up, but that isn't accurate. Terrible design flaw. Often it doesn't mute right away and makes lots of noise... A simple button would be far better.

    HORRIBLE! Not just me but others from THREE years ago, DO NOT HEAR ANYTHING FROM THE LEFT EAR!!! WE TRIED EVERY SETTING AND EVEN FOLLOWED THE VIDEO.
