These things suck.. the software is complicated and does not affect the software in positive manor. It actually has a small performance hit on my computer too. (I have a I5 7600k so every program that has to run on my computer does affect it.) and the worst thing about the program is any setting I put into the headphones don't stick when I shut it off. the quality from the actual speakers has been not great. For the first day I suffered with sounding like I had tin cans on my ears.. to finding the equalizer and being happy enough with the sound to not return it.. to yesterday 12 days into ownership having it go back to sounding worse then ever.. Now its cracking, and having horrible sound spikes. Also the microphone... half the time it does not pick up my voice. I think this is because the microphone for is too short to hold it right in front of my mouth. But I guess in Razer's defense I do have a fat face. the only good thing these things have going for them is the physical quality of the headphones feel good.. like I think by touching these, they will last a few years.. its just the sound makes them impossible to want to buy. I am returning these if I can.

These are okay for $40. Considering that these have an MSRP at $99 i'm genuinely surprised at the build quality of this thing. Its a big ol' razer headset, so part of me likes it because its one of the few headsets that fit around my enormous meat boulder head, but another part of me wishes i'd just shelled out for one of their better, less hot-on-my-ears models. I'm also just not a fan of micro-usb very much.

At the time of purchase, these headphones were on a massive sale and well worth it. Not the best quality I have ever used, but certainly the best for $35.

Great headset for the price. There was a little bit of an echo on my friends end but I just had to tweak the mic sensitivity settings and it's gone

This was a birthday present to my son and he said that they are better than the Razer wired headset. Great price and came in a couple of days.

Wireless range is not very good as I can get probably 12 feet and it just dies out and won't pick up. I would much better to get double that distance if possible. Not sure I got a bad set or not, but this is how this came

The headset overall worked great for the 2 months it worked. After 2 months. the headset Wireless USB became impossible to use. sudden disconnecting, very sensitive, and eventually completely unusable. Without the USB, the mic is useless. No, You cant use the mic with just the charging cable, the Wireless USB MUST be used. So if that USB breaks like mine, Its useless.

This probably is the most uncomfortable headset I've ever had. I'm a big guy so I don't mind the bulky look. But the WEIGHT is just something else!! That and the constant feeling of a clamp squeezing your head is just unbearable. I ended up with a full headache after just an hour. Plus the sound quality is not even worth it. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!
