After 2 weeks of using product the audio cuts out randomly. It also has noise cackles for no reason. I don’t drop my headset so it’s not the care it’s in. The product is just awful. Headset won’t connect to synapse at times, which makes no sense since it’s razer’s product…

Sound quality is decent headset fits very loose wouldn’t but again

They are great for keeping out the extra back ground noise!!!!!

I was looking to replace my beloved Razer kraken headset because the wire went bad. So I thought hey why not try a razer headset that's cheap and wireless? Boy was I wrong. It connects just fine to Bluetooth, but that is where the pros end. The sound quality is worse than the my old kraken which I got in 2019. The mic quality is horrendous. Not only does it dangle in your face with nowhere to go, but it does not pick up voice well at all. While I was doing some test games my friends asked what was wrong with my mic because and I quote "dude why does your mic make you sound like soggy bread?". I returned this and bought another wired kraken

I purchased these headphones and after a couple of weeks of use they already do not work. 1/4 of the time both sides of the headphones work but more often the right side of the headphones do not work. I contacted Razer tech support and they could not resolve the issue. They offered to replace, but require proof of purchase to replace. Unfortunately, I discarded the receipt months ago and am stuck with headphones that do not work on the right side. I will have to go and purchase another wireless headset. I am not satisfied with the product as it should have a warranty for 2 years. Hopefully you get lucky in the crapshoot of buying a properly working pair.

horrible overrated bass dominant headset prone to breaking easily

I purchased this on the 1st & still have not gotten it so can't review something that taking over 2 weeks to get here. Please stop sending emails about reviewing the product n start sending some updates please besides delayed

After setting it up the headset's mic doesnt recieve any input at all, and generally this is a theme I am having with all Razer headsets. Wouldn't recommend, just pay extra for a logitech or a steel series if you want a proper functioning headset.

I bought the headphones because of the good references of the brand, but I was very disappointed since the charge lasts a short time, I have to have them connected to a portable battery to be able to use them

Buy an astro headset way better mic and sound quality than this

Battery would not charge was dead was a gift so by the time discovered it was too late to return or exchange.

Terrible, this is not what I received! I ordered this but received a microphone.

The headset was damaged and has blown speakers. Was a waste of money

Maybe just a one but mic doesnt work half the time.

Aside from the horrendous sound profile, (Coming from a logitech headset prior) it suddenly refused to connect to my PC in less than an week.
