Audio is fantastic & connectivity issues were resolved with a firmware update. However, the battery life is worse than I expected, and I find myself charging it regularly.

These headphones are actually impressive. Nice, big ear cups and very comfortable. Sound and microphone quality is acceptable. However, they might be a great option for PC users but they're not the best for PS4. For one thing, the haptics don't work correctly when using PS4 (which is arguably one of the best things about this set). There are much better, and cheaper, options for PS4.

The pros, these headphones are extremely comfortable, I can easily play for over 6 hours w/o any discomfort. The audio is awesome, really immersive and deep rich sound. The cons, the mic quality is the biggest draw back for me while playing with friends they are constantly saying they hear the audio from my headset playing back through the mic. The sound quality of the mic is also not the best. If the mic was 50% better these headphones would be a gem.

Sounds great, vibration is really fun for games like Fortnite or Overwatch but for games like Animal Crossing or Zelda it's really intrusive, luckily you can turn it off but only if you plug them into a computer first. Also, microphone picked up feedback badly and sometimes you really have to jam the aux cable in for it to work fully but otherwise I love them.

I've found over the past several months that this has to be one of my favorite headsets that I have owned. The sound quality is great, the surround sound is a bit iffy in some places but still effective. The bass is another level of amazing, especially with the haptics. It's fun to put the bass and haptics all the way up just to feel the sheer intensity of the vibration as a result. I will say, the microphone certainly is anything but desirable; however, as long as you have an alternative microphone if you plan on recording or streaming, it works out perfectly. Seems to go on sale a lot so I would definitely recommend trying to find it when it's below the full price.

The sound quality in this headset did not disappoint! The base and the surround sound are amazing! I also use these for work, and it has made all the difference being able to be wireless and adjust the volume better than before. I do have an issue from time to time of others telling me that they can hear an echo but if I adjust the volume down it seems to help. Other than that, the battery life lasts all day with chat and music playing for 8 hr. at time (they last longer but I haven't calculated how long) and they are super comfy and don't hurt my ears.

Sturdy, a lot more than a Turtle Beach headset that's for sure. The sound is a bit touchy & creates an echo on the other end so you might need help from friends or other people if using for online play. I guess my biggest issue so far has been the charge. It doesn't seem to want to charge right. I had it plugged in & waited for it to turn green only for it to beep like it was dead or almost dead, it literally made no sense. If I had a choice to buy again I probably would, definitely would over another pair of T.B. but I might try a JBL pair next time It's easy to use, pretty much plug it in & go. It took me a minute though to realize the USB receiver is literally plugged into the headset which is nice & easy for transport.

Love this headset. The sound is great with 50mm drivers. Nice bass and decent highs and mids. Software on PC provides some equalizer settings. They've made some changes to THX for PC games (e.g. Modern Warfare) that really ups the positional sound quality. The force feedback seems gimmicky until you try it. I love this feature. The implementation of force feedback is really well done and is tweakable in software. The cans are super comfortable and so the headband. Big improvement over the piece of junk they put on the Man O War. I have a really big head and this is fits me fine. Battery life could be better and range could be better way better, so it loses a star. I still recommend this headset if you can afford the cost.

Definitely a great buy. The sound quality is amazing and they are super comfortable to wear. You couldn't ask for more from a headset. The only negative reviews we had read online about this headset is that the sound quality when using with a PC is not great - but it works fantastic with game systems (PS5, Xbox, etc.). Definitely one we'd recommend. We had purchased a couple of others prior that were just not comfortable but this one has all the checkmarks.

So the Nari Ultimate has been on shelves for a good five years now, and so far my experience has been pretty good. Admittedly I did turn off sound enhancements on Windows for the headset since I'm not a big fan of THX Spatial Sound, but for those who do, there's a lot of customization for the sound within Razer's app. That being said... There are better headphones for the price nowadays, so this is definitely a good pair of cans to pick ip when it goes on sale, since it exceeds the quality of most others that normally sell for the same amount.

I bought this headset looking to make a big upgrade over my old $40 pair of headphones. First impressions were great though even if it did work as intended I think it is still overpriced. I used this headset for about 2 hours with my phone then set it up on my PC, installed the software and got an EQ running and started messing with the "Enhancements". The headset was great, the Haptic sensations which I thought were a gimmick actually turned out pretty nice. Though microphone however was awful, though I expected as much considering I haven't found a single wireless headset with a good Microphone that isn't marketed for professional use. The THX surround was ok, not great, not horrible. The underwater effect here can be pretty overwhelming depending which game you use it with. The positional audio was enough for me to tell where sounds roughly were but I was not impressed, especially considering Razer owns THX. I have had better surround options in headsets half the price. After about 2 weeks I started getting a ridiculous crackling in the sound almost like the speakers were blown but I never even put this headset above half volume. What was even weirder was that it was only happening when I was using it with my PC over wireless, when I used it like my $40 headphones with the 3.5mm cable everything was fine, except of course doing this eliminates all the features of the headset and it sounds like a standard $40 headset. I contacted Razer about this issue since I was out of my return window here on best buy by a few days and after a solid day of trouble shooting they just told me it was a software issue and that there was nothing they could do to resolve the issue. No RMA (Though I doubt that would even solve the issue since I am 95% sure its their crap Synapse Software), no other support available, can't return it for a refund and I can't resell it because this is apparently a common issue and the next person is probably going to have the same problem. So here I am, out $200 back to using my $40 headset that I bought 5 years ago at walmart. DO NOT BUY THIS HEADSET at least not until they realize there is an issue and fix their software. If this headset didn't have this issue I still probably wouldn't buy at this price, if it had a better Microphone it would make a bit more sense but even then I'm still not sure I would be happy with it. TLDR: Do not buy this right now, the software makes the headset unusable and if you try and use it without the software it is comparable to a pair of $40 turtle beaches, if not worse and Razer is of 0 help in fixing things here. Current State, 1/5 Stars State Were the software doesn't kill the headset, 3/5 Stars

It's great except for two MAJOR flaws. Flaw 1: it's micro USB. If you've had a micro USB headset, you already know how unreliable that connection is. I need a cheat sheet just to know which cables charge at which angle. It's annoying to say the least. And forget charging while using I less you have a brand new cable. Flaw 2: the volume wheel is the same garbage 'industry standard ' wheel that a lot of headset makers use. I returned a SS headset for this same problem. After some time, the volume wheel will become very buggy. Either dirt or hair or something gets in it and it will not adjust each ear at the same rate. For instance, unless I turn the volume to 100 (and I may have to do it multiple times to get it to work) my left ear will be at a lower volume than the right ear. Also you can hear static as you adjust the volume. So the volume wheel is less than useless. If these two items were fixed this headset would be perfect. It fits really well. The frame and ear cup construction is very high quality and very sturdy. The sound quality is pretty great for the price. Oh as an aside, the software kind of sucks. It's pretty buggy and will give you a few headaches over time. You can use the headset without the software but you lose some features. I literally had to reinstall the software last night to get it to work on my brand new PC after less than 2 weeks.

Good sound, short battery life, also strange I guess the 2.4 ghz range on your router can interfere with the signal to the headset causing it to beep several times.
