The sound of these headphones are amazing 10/10. I really liked how it gives you the option to use it wireless or wired mode but when you use it in wireless mode you can only connect it to you computer or laptop and for me personally they are a little too big for my taste. But Overall the headphones have great sound and the mic is really good as well.

The Razer Nari Ultimate Wireless are decent wireless gaming over-ears. They have Razer HyperSense built-in, which is a haptic feedback system that transmits vibrations or rumbles to the user that can help immerse you in your games

Super good audio quality and bass, sounds like I am inside the game, BUT the mic is absolutely terrible, i dont know if i got a faulty one but the mic quality is pretty horrendous, consider buying a separate mic with the headset.

Decided to upgrade from a wired razer headset to this wireless headset and I couldn’t be happier! Clean sound, not too heavy on the head either. Item is a tad bulky but solid nonetheless

The first time I used these, the heptic feedback suprised me. Good battry life that lasted a weekend late night gaming session. Good volume and mic pickup for those footsteps and clear comms.

Love this headset. Great sound and features for the price. Kind of a pain to get working, Razer makes it next to impossible to find the software these need to work. That isn't Best Buy's fault however.

got these on sale for 99.00 instead of 200 .For that price these are amazing. i cant wait to watch action movies on these . for gaming these are great . Lot of customization you can do . These have like the vibration thing in them so feels like you there if some don't like that you can go with other kinds.

Purchased these headphones at a deep discount as I was interested in the haptic technology. Unfortunately, there were many issues with the headphones: 1. clamping force is poor for glasses, 2. headset is very heavy and looks so goofy, 3. haptic audio is okay for cinematic games but overkill for multiplayer and distacting, 4. battery life was very poor, 5. muddy sound quality even after EQ, and 6. randomly cuts out because of interference with other Razer wireless 2.4 transmitters for mouse. I used the headset for about two weeks, but the sound quality, battery life and comfort were too poor especially at this price point. Also, I was annoyed with all the services and synapse 3 required to run the headphones.

I bought these for my ps4 at first they are awesome! The bass was sick and loudness of then was great. They are comfortable But at times it does get hot. The reason I have it 3 stars it’s because you can’t customize the setting on it when using it for the ps4. There was no adjustment for chat and game mix. By default it kept a balance for me without me adjusting it. If you a pc player this are great but for a ps4 there just good with a sick bass.

Sound on the headphones is phenomenal. Great fit and Comfortable. One thing I will see is the battery life on the set I have is bad and I hate the fact it will not let me play while they are charging. Great headphones other than bad battery life.

Lots of customizable options for audio and mic. If you enjoy Chroma and changing lighting effect the headset allows for it. The surround sound is great with the 50MM drivers. The wireless feature for pc is nice too. The Nari’s battery life is top notch. Razer States that it can go 24 hours. I have gone about 16 hours and usually plug in to recharge after my session is over.

The sound and microphone are great and since it was on sale even better. My only complain would be that the micro usb is a bit inconvenient and that the battery life is not very long but given their huge size.

Comfy to wear, affordable, great sound. It is a bit weird having vibrations on the ears during loud sounds like you know how some video controllers vibrates lol definitely intresting to say the least.

Love the sound that comes out of these, and all the customizations on it. Has THX and really great bass, as well as directional sounds. Have had some minor crackling, which I'm not thrilled about, but usually only when turned down lower or in quiet environments. This is also mitigated a bit by keeping some of the enhancements (like voice enhancement) turned down or off, but still wish it wasn't there. Have also heard that drivers and THX can affect this, so still working on tweaking things to see if this can be eliminated while still using some of the features you'd want. Overall makes movies and games sound amazing. Mic seems as good as other headsets from testing, but haven't jumped on Discord with them or in game chat yet. Hoping some software or driver updates can happen and then correct what issues have come up, or support will reach out and give some tips or something on it.

Got these for my Xbox1X. Unfortunately that part I have to use the cord from the headset to the controller. That imo is the only negative I can say about these. I tried them at the store many times before buying and they were well worth it. I have 2 other haptic feedback headphones and I love every single one of them but these by far are the most confortable
