Love the quality and the bass hits so hard. The only problem is that friends can slightly hear my game audio unless I turn the switch between chat and game a little bit or use a different mic.

Love these headphones, the haptic feedback makes you feel like you're actually there in the scene. Had these headphones for 4 years but they started to wear down so had to get some new ones, good price for how long they last!

Im a HUGE base head. No headphones I've ever used have had enough bass for me. This one doesn't have outstanding bass, but if you play bass-heavy music and turn the vibration motors to 100%, it creates such a surreal experience that its even too much for me some times. Otherwise, its a really good Razer headset. Fix the d*mn eq settings and put USB c in the next one though. Otherwise, would recommend you get one when its one sale.

Overly Complicated Software, Ruins the Experience

I bought the Razer Nari Ultimate Wireless Gaming Headset in November 2023. At first, the headset worked fine and the sound quality was decent. But after a short while, I started experiencing a frustrating issue: my games (like League of Legends and World of Warcraft mythic dungeons) would randomly minimize. After some trial and error, I discovered that the problem came from the Razer Synapse software. Whenever Synapse was running in the background, my games would minimize without warning. Turning off the software stopped the problem immediately.
Unfortunately, uninstalling Synapse isn’t a solution either—without it, the headset doesn’t work at all, not even on PC or PlayStation, even with a full battery. This makes the headset completely dependent on bloated and buggy software, which is both inconvenient and unnecessary. The setup is overly complicated compared to other brands.
Because of this, I’ve completely switched away from Razer for my peripherals. I replaced my Razer keyboard with HyperX, and I’m now using HyperX headphones too—they work flawlessly. The only Razer product I still have is a mouse, but after this experience, I won’t be buying Razer again.

Sound quality was amazing, but the wireless dongle failed after 1 year of use, the battery would take two days to charge fully and the charge would only last about 24 hours

I was about get the Astro A50s but the price was throwing me off and I'm huge fan of Astro headphones but my computer equipment is just Razer. So I went ahead to get the Nari Ultimate and man! These sound so good and with the haptic feedback, it feels like you're in the games, movies or listening to music.

Overall it's a great headset. Sound quality is there, decent mic, comfortable to wear for extended periods, and the battery life has been good. My only complaint is the master volume dial on the headset feels a bit cheap, and is too touchy... instead of how a normal analog dual would work, it seems like you only have a few steps in volume, and at spots it will raise the right side volume a tad more than the left. Hasn't been a big issue as a slight adjustment to the volume dial will bring them back even, and I just found a level I like between the headset and in game settings and leave it there. The quick mic mute and game/chat audio dial on the left are great. Every now and then you get a player that has open mic constantly blaring game feedback noise or irl conversations.... you can just roll the dial to cut them off instead of having to pause your play to mute them

The sound is great. The haptics are incredible. Battery life has been pretty good so far. Its a bit of a big headset, but I don't really notice after awhile. The mic has a great sound with the exception of when the haptics and bass boost are turned up, they seem to make a harsh sound for teammates into the mic. Only draw back so far and I'm not even 100 percent sure that's the cause since I've only hear one or two complaints.

Sound is great but the mic is sensitive. When gaming the mic picks up the sound from the headset and echoes so when I'm in a party chat, the other people in it can hear what I'm doing. Thru a bunch of adjustments I was able to find a sweet spot but very tedious.

I personally think that this mess are the best pair of headphones I have ever received, bought it around a month ago on Black Friday and it’s been working real fine, everything runs perfectly and the wireless feature can come in real handy sometimes, also it’s able to connect to other kinds of consoles like the ps5 and Xbox series x most people are playing with, the sound recognition is impeccable and the vibration effects make you feel like you are immersed in the game, would totally recommend it to someone!
