Needed a wireless solution and I am a Razer fanboy. I was skeptical of the built in haptic feedback system, but it actually is designed with some thought put into it. It is not overbearing or an afterthought and once tuned in the software, is actually a positive experience. Overall sound quality is on the plus side. Setup was quick and easy. Battery life is mediocre, as would be expected with its extra features, but it can be charged while in use.

Honestly they suck dont buy them there battery absolutely does not hold a charge my 30$ tozo earbuds may not sound as good but they last more than twice the time than these things do dont get me wrong there ok they sound good and you can fall back on a headphone jack after they die but as in being wireless forget it you have to use up a usb port instead of using Bluetooth and a all night charge is dead in 2 hours

I have had several other brands of wireless gaming Headsets but none compare to the Razor Nari Ultimate! Super sound quality with effects! It fits well, recharges without issue, and sounds great!

Excellent quality, and the dual virtual sound card feature are a must for anyone who streams and chats at the same time. Works amazingly well with discord. Mic quality is good enough although a dedicated quality mic will be better. Extremely comfortable even for long periods. Only con is micro-usb charging instead of USB-C, and when the battery is completely dead the usb power can't supply enough power to keep it running at full volume.

This is a very comfortable headset. Probably one of the most comfortable I have ever owned. That being said, I can't keep this thing connected properly. Every time I change screens I get the do doo do doo sound blasting in my ear. Even when plugged in the charge rate can't keep up with the power draw on the battery, so you will run out of battery. It doesn't matter what battery saving methods you try to use.

Kind of bulky, but it does it's job. Confused on how to change some stuff, but I am getting it figured out. Had an issue with not knowing there was a USB in the headset. But it worked out. lol

Good product, battery could be better but once complaint is that when battery low there is a humming sound that gets louder as battery goes lower, just plug power and this goes away

Battery life is good. Ear cups are comfortable. Audio quality is good. Convenient since it works on almost anything with a USB port. Vibration is a cool add-on but it's nice that it can be turned off.

I know Razer products are up there in price, but they can be really worth it. These headsets are my latest Razer purchase and have been great so far, and I hope they continue to be. They work great, both on my laptop and my PS4. The haptics were a bit strange for me at first, but I've grown to like it. Really immerses you into the games more. I like that you have the options to customize the headsets performance with the haptics, bass, and treble--it's made my experience all the more enjoyable. The other thing I like is you can switch between bluetooth and wired. The headsets come with their own cable and the bluetooth gimble attaches into the headsets themselves. I'm hoping these headsets last me a good long while, like my old set.

    Reasonable sound, bad mic

The headset is great despite minor flaws. For starters, the mic is a "tin can" mic. Another flaw is the game/chat balance wheel does not work on ps4 whatsoever. Last big issue, you have to change a lot of settings in synapse to make the headset sound normal which is a hassle. Such as setting every app to play with spatial sound. Big issue, CS:GO's sound controller makes no sound go to the headset no matter what. Now the positives, the haptic feedback is pretty great. It adds a nice sense of immersion you don't find in a regular headset. Best to set it rather low but it is pretty interesting. Build quality is solid. Mostly plastic but comfortable and overall seems very durable. The earcups are insanely comfortable as they are cool and do not become uncomfortable overtime. As well with my glasses these have a spacer that makes it even better by not squishing your face. Truly one of the most comfortable headsets and has a nice sound and feel. If synapse could fix some of the bigger problems it would make this a 5 star headset.

Overall, the Nari has the most stable wireless connection out of the wireless headseats I have tried from Steelseries and Corsair. The haptic feedback works well but Synapse is definitely required. The self-adjusting strap is comfortable enough and the weight is not too bad compared to other headsets. The main con is the battery life which lasts about 6-8 hours depending on the haptic, volume, and whether you turn on illumination.

Really cool headset with great sound, comfort and haptic feedback! I ended up returning mine becuase they were hard for my computer to connect with on the bluetooth. In the windows sound selection area it showed 3 different ways. Chat, Game, spatial. Chat was only chat, game only game and spatial (both) would just not work. I didnt figure out that and ended up returning because of it. I expected them to be buggy as it is a razer headset but I really did like them. Razer... keep up the good work and fix the bugs... you have a great product after some tweaking!

Took some time to get use to all the wheel and buttons on headset but love it! Two volume controls one for background and one for vocal, base rocks and the vibration controls even make for better experience a must buy if you looking for a comfortable and can wear long time without getting hot. I hate getting hot from my headphones and i can game all night with these on with no issues.

The quality and look of the headphones are good. The sound quality is also very good. I’ve read a lot of reviews about the haptic being annoying but I actually like it, a lot! You have the option to turn it off completely, turn it up or turn it down in Synapse. The game/chat switch is totally cool and works well. Overall, the Nari Ultimate is very comfortable, works well, sounds well and for the money I think it’s a very good buy!
