I ended up returning this headset, but not because of the quality of the headset. The rumble feature just wasn't my cup of tea. This was more a curiousity purchase if anything. It is a bit expensive at $199, the V shaped audio never really had the clarity I was looking for. The built quality was amazing and the comfort was superior to most headsets I have used. The ear cups were comfortable and kept my ears and head cool. The mic was absolute trash.

had to return the first pair I bought, battery was DoA couldn't hold more than 20-30 min charge. Second pair has been great so far, mic has been said to sound like your in a airplane though. Also the rumble is over hyped I turned it off pretty quick.

Little expensive but that's also the listing everywhere else so can't hold that against BestBuy. Shipping was quick and painless, order arrived undamaged no complaints there. As for the product itself, I like it. Easy to set up, sound is generally good - and has a mixer if it doesn't for you right off, battery life isn't as bad i have seen people say and easily gets me through a full gaming session. Haptic feedback isn't like stunning most of the time but I like the idea and can see the potential in certain games. Overall, solid product, no issues

I used to have the Razer Man o War for about three years or more before I purchased this headset since the Man o Wars’ headband was getting uncomfortable due to years of use. The sound quality for the Nari is good. The microphone sound quality others hear is very poor. Youd expect a newer headset to have a better microphone but it is a significant downgrade. There are probably better headsets out there for this price. This is without getting into the problems with the software. I am still a Razer fan, Ive used their products for many years but this purchase was a disappointment.

Beat headphones ive ever used. These things literally shake on your ears. The sound is AMAZING

I would say the headset is Average overall, from Convenience standpoint I'd say it's five stars, how you can use both wired and wireless and retractable mic. From material standpoint I'd say about 2 stars from out of the box the headphone material is weak and ready to break whether it's the hinges or general let's hope it doesn't. Sound wise I'd say 4 stars it's not the best but it's not bad either.

The sound system is really awesome for listening sand making you feel like you’re actually in the game. All the sound systems are adjustable as well as the light effects. The only issue that I have, is the microphone isn’t as great of quality than other headsets of similar price.

It was good just fit a bit too big. Wouldn’t really recommend for console usage either. Biggest negative was mic quality but that’s expected.

Honestly didn't expect much and felt like the vibration was just gonna be a gimmick but, it really helps pull you into the gaming environment especially with VR. If you like to listen to a lot of music then it can do an okay job of emulating being at a live performance

Great headset. I love the feel on my head as well as the game to chat balance. I know other headsets have them it just doesn’t feel the same. This is however my third one in five years, and each time was a different issue, so if it breaks again I’ll be looking at other options.

My Husband Loved These, they were a Christmas present and he found them early… My oldest child. He said he feels like he is in the game you can hear footsteps and where they are coming from He has a PS5 these are his favorite headphones by far… Your husbands will love these ladies and I got them on sale for 50% off

Sound is great, microphone would not work on my PC. The sound is great in this headset but I could not get it to connect to the Razer Synapse 3 software after trying everything I could find online to fix it. Also, my PC showed input from the microphone but my friends could not hear me in game or in Xbox Game Bar chat. Not sure if this was due to it not connecting to Razer Synapse or what but when I tested the microphone it was showing input. Would not buy this headset for PC use.

Got them on sale for 149 worth every penny wouldn’t pay 200. The Rumble in the ear cups is a very cool feature. Gets annoying after a while. Works great with certain games like doom and other shooters. When the rumble is turned off it’s still a good sounding headset.

Very comfortable headphones and great sound quality.
