I have mixed feelings about these. Overall, the build quality is nice, the sound quality is nice, and the haptic feedback gives a new level of immersion. That being said, the microphone quality is atrocious. Once I switched to the RAZER Nari Ultimate my friends were asking what was wrong with my mic, as my voice sounds far worse than the three year old RAZER Krakens I had been previously using. Battery life is okay. If your volume is set too high while listening to music or playing games, anyone your chatting with will also be able to hear it, which is extremely disappointing, as the haptic feedback intensity is determined by your volume level. You can mess around with the settings in RAZER Synapse, but unfortunately this has not fixed any of these issues. Upon trying to troubleshoot, I encountered a lot of others who ran into this same issue. I hope that RAZER continues using haptic feedback in future iterations of their headphones, as this feature is one of the key reasons I decided to try out this headset, and with a few improvements I think that this could ultimately be a 5 star headset, especially for the price. In the meantime, I would suggest looking elsewhere if you’re on the fence about purchasing this.

Battery life could be better though. Seems like razer always suffers in the wireless arena.

The Razer Nari Ultimate is if your main objective is to play competitive video games with a wireless headset. For any other uses, I wouldn’t recommend. The audio quality for music is basic and nowhere near worth its price. Also, I seem to be having a lot of connectivity bugs with the 2.5 Ghz USB connector. Decent cop if you’re in the market for a wireless gaming headset, but I would look elsewhere unless your other peripherals are Razer & you’re set on wireless

This headset will either blow you away or leave you unimpressed and uncomfortable. For big ears and medium heads - this headset is pretty good! Elastic band instead of specific adjustment is a downer especially for how big it is - but still fits comfortably on my head for prolonged periods of time although the suction cup style padding makes you feel like you're wearing a motorcycle helmet after a while haha. No gripes though, hypersense is an ingenious innovation and razer took my vote with it. .

I used this headset for around 2 years before I had any issues, and the issues only came when it dropped on the floor from some good ole gamer rage. I highly recommend this for games such as Escape From Tarkov.

Pros: Unique Haptic Feedback System: The Nari Ultimate features Razer HyperSense, a haptic feedback technology that transmits vibrations or rumbles to immerse you in your games. Well-Built and Comfortable: These over-ear headphones are comfortable for extended gaming sessions. Very Low Latency: Ideal for wireless gaming on PCs, PS4, and PS5 using the included wireless USB receiver. Customization Options: Via the Razer Synapse app, you can fine-tune your audio experience with graphic EQ and presets. Decent Microphone Performance: The boom mic records your voice well and can separate it from moderate ambient noise. Cons: Disappointingly Short Battery Life: With only 5 hours of use, you may need to recharge them during longer gaming sessions. Inconsistent Audio Delivery: Some users have reported issues with audio quality. Not Very Breathable: The design lacks breathability, which might be noticeable during extended wear.

The sound is nice and the haptic feedback is cool but you have to turn it way down... almost OFF! The mic needs some work. It works fine but could be better. The Haptic is great for VR.

I got these headphones for my husband for Christmas last year on a fantastic sale. They have been so amazing for him. We even bought a second pair for my son. I highly recommend these as they work beautifully all around and for music and/or work!

As soon as I installed these in my computer I knew I purchased something special. The spatial audio is incredible and had changed my game play with current FPS shooters. I can hear so much more, from multiple directions and the best part is... I can FEEL it. The haptics are great and not over powered. These are comfortable and light in weight for their size and can be worn for a while without readjustment. Def on my recommendation list for gamers, streamers and editors.

I love this headset. My head is a little on the small side so this headset self-adjustment feature works very well. The sound is fabulous and the hypersense is a whole new experience in itself. A must try! For ps4 users: this doesn’t have a true wireless feature even though the box says so. You have an option to wire it to the port or use the 3.5mm connector and connect to the controller jack. I find it works great with the jack on the controller. Overall awesome performance. Well worth the $200 I paid.

These are a great pair of headphones and it has a nice microphone that retracts into the headset. The sound is very clear and the bass is deep. The haptic feedback is interesting as well, it makes the footsteps of your enemies come to life in Call of Duty.

Love this headset, I've always had the Kraken versions and I was hesitant to switch models because I was satisfied with the one I've had for years but now that I did, I'm more happier and excited to use this headphones for my gaming and also I love the THX feature when I listen to music or watch my shows.
