The Best Gaming Headphones I’ve Ever Owned
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was a bit skeptical at first but now I’ve fallen in love with them. The sound quality is amazing and the battery life lasts way longer than you’d expect it to. The chroma lighting syncs up with my other razed products which is nice. They’re very comfortable but they are pretty bulky. The only problem I’ve had with them is that there was too much bass right out of the box, but luckily that’s an easy fix through razed synapse. Also I freaking love the volume and mute mic controls on the headset itself.

not great
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I should have known there was a reason this headset was $110 dollars off. First of all, the thing is massive and heavy. It has some dumb haptic feedback system that makes the headset vibrate. It is neat, but it gets old since it makes the battery drain faster, so most will disable the feature. But now you are stuck with a heavier headset with a haptic system adding weight that won't be used. Also, there is no USB-C! It is a micro USB cable to charge. So bad! All I can say is that the audio quality is good, but there are better options than this. The mic quality is decent too. But again, there are better options for ~$100. I purchased this on sale for $89.99, and I wish I didn't! Sorry to anyone who paid $200 for this.

Great Overall, just one small downside...
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The headset itself is great, sounds amazing, is comfortable, and the rumble is app reactivated, thought the headset being all plastic is kinda a letdown, coming from the kraken 7.1 v2, which was completely metal.

BOOM!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Returned a pair of HS80's because they were pushing into the top of my head to much. and there was no range of audio everything was really flat, atmos, eq'd whatever. Got these and holy moly. The haptic doesnt feel like vibrations, it just feels like super bass, and i am all about it. ive been re listening to old edm songs and bass boosted rap (which always sounded awful) and it really shines on these, there is no clipping no matter how high the bass goes, it all layers really well. razer software is always a negative for me, so convoluded and having 17 apps do what 1 should is silly. the slide around a bit but ones you find the right angle to wear them they sit still. dont feel heavy and definatly feel cooler than my cloud II's. overall must buy if you like bass and vibration. if not, will not be your thing.

Gimmicky but better than most.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've been on a hunt for a surround sound headset to match or better my Logitech G35. I settled in on these after a half dozen trial and errors with other headsets. In comparison to the G35 the sound quality is worse, bass isn't as deep, but the volume goes much higher. The vibrating earcups make up for some of the lost bass and it is a kind-of-cool feature, but I found it more distracting than anything else in games. They're big and goofy looking on my head, but comfortable nonetheless. That said, when plugged in to charge and play, there is a periodic windows disconnect chime. It sometimes did not charge while plugged in overnight (known glitch). The volume controls are just not right and will lower in one ear and not the other at times. When haptic feedback is on you'd better have push-to-talk enabled if you want to chat with gamer friends, or they'll just hear bass. The initial setup took over an hour to get surround working with the software from Razor, and it is touchy about working. I returned these after a week and a half because I did not feel I should have to deal with cheap-like problems for a premium headset. Turns out I was correct. Picked up the Steelseries Arctic Pro's. Perfect on all fronts. Less expensive, much better sound quality and bass, more than enough volume, comfortable, and simple setup. Buy those.

Best way to Play
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love the headphones their comfortable sound great and the haptics do add a lot to games and the sound quality makes a big difference went back and replayed sections of Final Fantasy 7 Remake and was able to hear things I missed on my first play thru, and I have a nice Samsung sound bar for my tv but the Nari Ultimate gives you so much more. Comes with a charging cable and a cable to use with devices with a headphone jack.

Great sound n haptic feedback really immerses you in the game! Bought for my PS5...easy set up and fully compatible...need Razer synapse to fully utilize all the features...I haven't done that yet...but is great right out of the box... comfortable even with long hours of play!! Def recommend! Got mine on sale...but would pay full price..

Amazing bass
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Man these things have bass! a little big but i can understand why. The bass is awesome. Outside noise cancellation is amazing as well you cannot hear ANYTHING outside the headphone which causes my fiancee to get my at me when i can't hear her lol.Minus 1 star though because this still uses micro-usb. Whats up with that?! USB-C should be the standard.

Had extremely high hopes
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My best friend uses these and I've tried them on very briefly many times. I had built up a sort of "hype" towards this headset and when I noticed they were on sale at Best Buy I jumped on the purchase. I ended up returning them for a number of reasons and went with a competitor. I kept Corsair's Virtuoso headset. 1. The Nari Ultimate's actually broke after a week of owning them. My left earpiece was always a little staticky but eventually one day they just stopped outputting sound. 2. Haptic feedback is a headache generator. It's awesome in theory but while playing CoD or Valorant they just vibrated way to much. The Equalizer settings were pretty good but still felt the headset carried too much base and I wasn't as crisp for hearing the ingame footsteps as other headsets. 3. Weight. I'm a big guy and this is a big headset lol. The weight bothered me at first but I quickly got used to them because of how comfortable they were. 4. The retractible mic wasn't as clear as it should be. All things considered for a $200 headset the mic should be pretty great for your gamer friends to hear you. And sadly, although these were good I didn't consider them to be great. 5. Cheap feeling nobs/spindles. They were just light plastic, i guess to keep the weight down. The Nari Ultimate did a lot of things right in my opinion. Listening to music was great on them. The retractable mic was cool and didn't get in your way. They fit amazing regardless of head shape and are far more comfortable than my virtuosos. End of the day the failed earpiece sealed the deal for me. If you are a die hard Razer fanboy then definitely get them. You won't really be upset you did as they are legitimately great. But for the price there are better options out there. If you're open to trying other brands check out Corsair or Steel series or even Hyper X.

Sound quality is great, but battery life is not
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sound Quality is fantastic, Bass is so good. The downsides to this for me were that after 7 months the average battery life has now degraded to about 7 hours instead of the 14 hours it started with. i work from home so i listen to a lot of music and watch shows while i work and it doesnt even last through the workday. You cant charge it while you are wearing it because it has a micro usb port which is incredibly fragile and will disconnect 5 times in like 4 seconds then just shut off. If you dont plan on using these for long periods of time every day they are good but if you game for extended periods or work using these for extended periods probably pass on this.

Haptics make a difference
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First, I owned the non-ultimate version of these headphones for about half a year before I bought the ultimate on sale, so the first thing that anyone should consider about these is the size of the ear cups. If you don't want your headphones to touch your ears, these are the headphones for you. The cooling gel is also a very nice touch. The size and cooling gel are true for both versions. The sound quality for both is quite good as well. However, the question you're likely asking is: are the ultimates that much better? The answer is, at least in my view, yes. The haptic feedback adds a level to games I've never encountered before. I was playing the new Ori game when I realized how much it added. At a part where Shriek, the nemesis of the game, was hunting Ori, the sound of his steps were amplified by the haptics. Although it was only a small rumble on my face, perceptually, my mind lumped them together with the sound, and the effect changed the game for me. Shriek's steps became massively more menacing, and the tension of the gaming moment was vastly enhanced. That part is something I've never felt in a game before. I also began using these as my VR headphones. The haptic feedback there also adds tremendously to the experience. In the end, these are pricey, and I'd look for them on a sale, but if you want the best gaming headphones on the market, the haptics in these make them different than anything else out there. I think it's a difference that is worth it.

Its nice qorth the price
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love it it makes my eyes shake when i listen to loud bass heavy music and you can adjust the intesity of the bass and haptic feed back. Also the baytery life can last a day or two. The software is a tad bit janky but qith a little tweaking it can be a solid product

Razer nari review
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.3/5 stars. Love the shipping process and got my order WAY quicker than expected. But not 100% happy with the quality of the product. The sound is phenomenal but the the mic quality has me kind of bummed. It’s so bad the point where I have to buy another headset and I was not expecting that. Other than that I love them!

Nice Headset, Little Heavy.
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I originally purchased a Nari prior to the Ultimate after being pleasantly surprised the the feel of the haptic drivers. The Hypersense is nice, the haptic drivers vibrate semi directionally. In Planetside 2, they get a bit messy in orbital strikes. Sound quality is good, rich bass, decent treble, for gaming I have no complaints. The sound controls both through Razer Synapse and the headset are confusing and not the most convenient to reach for considering there's 2 wheels, one for chat and another for gaming. I've noticed little difference between the 2 wheels which kills some value. The headset is comfortable, big thick foam on each ear is pretty sweet. A bit heavy but thats really no big deal. The self adjusting mechanism is nice, but I do prefer self adjustment. The hinges are also a tad loose causing the headsets to swivel. No complaints about mic quality. The retractable mic is nice. Little small tho. I don't recall seeing a pop filter in the box. The headset charges through micro usb. With usb c becoming more prominent and this being an expensive headset, I would have preferred usb c. Overall I liked this headset. Good for enthusiasts, streamers, and gamers alike.

Very Solid
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The vibration from the haptics do provide a level of immersion. Ear cuffs feel great and my ears do not get too hot. The battery life lasts for about 6-8 hours depending on what youre listening to. Sounds quality is pretty good for a wireless headset.

The BEST $199.99 or $79.99 Headset!
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Honestly... I went through 4 different head sets before settling on this one. This one has the best overall sound and quality. Forget about the Mic though, but it does get the job done. For tuning and comfort and overall dramatic sounds, this is the best buy. I was able to pick this up at $79.99 when it was on sale. If they are putting a 2nd generation of this headset, I would recommend it, but is it worth the original $199.99 price for the 2nd gen? I would say yes it is! This is one of the best headsets for sounds and quality you can get. I compared this to the Steelseries Nova 7, and it is trash compared to this one. Grab this while you still can! Nothing compares to it! Trust me, best buy saw me go through so many exchanges before settling with these. Worth the Buy!

Amazing Experience!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Razer Nari ultimate wireless headphones are an incredible experience. The haptic feedback makes you feel like you’re in the middle of the action from the comfort of your own couch. I mainly use these for my PS4, more specifically COD Warzone. From the first jump off the plane to hearing enemies footsteps in adjacent buildings these things were surreal. Not only can you hear things that any normal headset wouldn’t pick up, but you can also feel it. If you want to upgrade you’re gameplay, I highly recommend these. There are 2 things I would want to be aware of though when purchasing these. 1) They do get quite warm after wearing for a while. I’ve had to switch mid gaming sessions because they were making me sweat. 2) The mic quality is not the greatest. When I switch to my $80 RIG Pro 500 series my friends can distinctly tell that the mic on my $80 set is much better than the mic on my Nari Ultimate headphones Overall, I think I write pretty good reviews. Lol

Earth Shaking Sound, eh Microphone
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I don't have much to say about these other than they are absolutely amazing if you're a big bass fan. However, make sure your games support either surround or THX audio. Games like Metro Exodus (which support THX game mode) will blow you away. Literally! It will shake your head and you'll have to play with the intensity of vibration, but the bass will blow your mind. You can configure certain applications to use specifically stereo, but if you switch to 3.5mm audio jack for example, all the settings remain the same. This means you will always have the same amount of haptic bass unless you go through the Razer Synapse 3 app (not strongly recommended, I would say required). Quality is great, but fit is a little large even for my big head. Microphone isn't Astro quality, but combined with RTX AI Voice, it's perfect for my day-to-day virtual meetings.
