I tried some of the boilerplate suggestions such as cleaning the keys, and trying different machines. The wrist pad also is becoming flat and the skin is breaking. After contacting their support I was told that there's nothing that can be done because I'm past warranty.

It really seems that this keyboard was made for heavy duty gamers as the feel of the keyboard is sturdy

Has a really pleasant mechanical click experience with the perfect resistance level and click noise. The lighting is pretty sweet too. I have a Razer Naga mouse, and I was surprised when they both synced their lighting without me doing anything. Wasn't expecting that! The wrist pad in the front is the most comfortable one I've ever found on a keyboard too. Not sure what they did, but it's very soft versus some of the gel based ones. Would highly recommend this keyboard. The price was right too!
