Keyboard features are great and all but the noise it makes was a deal breaker for me. The click is satisfying but the noise was not.

I have tried lots of keyboards, being a programmer for a living. This is my favorite so far. It doesnt have extra keys that you dont need. The click feels perfect to me. Its like a cross between a soft keyboard, but not as loud as a mechanical. The perfect mix if you ask me.

Bought for my son because he just would not stop hounding me for a “mechanical keyboard” then I used it and wow what a difference compared to your traditional keyboards. Love the “clicking of the keys and the overall performance during gameplay.

Im a MAC owner, therefore the only main reason I purchased this keyboard was not for gaming but the lighting effects and the mechanical key feature when typing. For me its all about aesthetics and ambiance within my office space. Someday I'd love to build a PC and therefore get more use out of the keyboard, but for now it syncs well with my razer chroma mouse and matching razer mouse RGB pad.

As expected, this keyboard is awesome. By using the Razer Synapse software you can make the keyboard display the lighting effects that you want. Classic keyboard layout and has a Windows key lockout to prevent accidental pressing during gaming. Highly recommend.

I solely purchased this keyboard typing. Not much of gaming. Its unique tactile keystroke gives me a lot of fun. It is very different than other Cherry blue or brown keys. I love typing with this keyboard. +wrist rest is the best

If you're new to gaming keyboards as I was when I first bought it, make sure you try out the different kind of key mechanisms they have! After some time using it I've been left with a sensation that the keys aren't clicky (talking about the feel and not the sound) as I'd like (but that's what the other classic mechanism is for, not the fault of the product). However I do like a lot that they're quieter than than the classic mechanical keyboards, as I feel that constant loud clicking and clacking would've annoyed me by now haha. Keyboard is really good as you'd expect from the brand, I like the palm cushion that it comes with. Just make sure you try the keys mechanism and they're the right fit for you!

The key resistance is great for gaming. The backlight is attractive and easy to see

Quality keyboard though a little heavy. The keycaps and supports are not replaceable so watchout for your spacebar.. the shims holding the boundebeam in place break very easily and then your spacebar is always half-pressed.

I only bought this because the higher one the master something wasn’t available in store and it was a good buy. I love the customizable color down to each key and it goes to the mouse if you get same brand mouse it’s awesome

Superb keyboard for gaming and typing. The keys are fast, responsive, and have a satisfying feel and click when typing. IMO the chroma color system is the best of any of the Razer keyboards. It's clear, bright and colorful even in full daylight. The presets are great and there are a ton of custom configurations available online. Macro setup for keys is easy, as is setting up individual lighting for every key. This might not be a true mechanical keyboard, but it's definitely the next best thing to it. Personally I'm not a fan of mechanicals, I play MMOs not shooters or MOPAs. I also do a fair amount of typing, so this keyboard is a better fit for me. Overall it's extremely comfortable to use. It's build quality is superb, the magnetic wrist protector is excellent and I have zero problems with it coming away from the keyboard, even during frantic raid sessions. Definitely recommended.

I wanted to do 4.5 stars, but can't here. Only complaint is the number keys are slightly to the left from where I'm used to having them. Just takes some getting used to for my personally since I use those keys a lot in gaming. Other than that, I really like the keyboard. Was less expensive than other models and brands. Saved at least 20 dollars from the next model up.

I LOVE this keyboard! I previously used the Cynosa Chroma and this is 100x better!!! The clicking sound is amazing and the colors are so vibrant. It is super fun to game with but I also use it for school and work.

even so it is a semi mechanical keyboard "membrane mecca" it is very good I have never failed the keys are durable the wrist rest is very comfortable do not sweat, and the sound of the keys is very beautiful

The Ornata Chroma is a very unique keyboard. It’s unlike any other due to its “clickyness”. I found myself going out of my way to write about something because it is such a satisfying sound. Though if you were buying this for gaming, which you likely were, I find the keys so be rather annoying after a while. Sounds weird but I would recommend this keyboard if you like typing more than gaming!
