It asks you to install the Synapse software which is buggy and full of bloatware. Dont expect to use this for work or a secured laptop. You will be flagged by your network administrator.

Expensive Mouse

I thought it was way too expensive, but it is what he wanted, so I bought it. He is very happy with it. I have not heard a complaint from him and he does use it all the time. The star rating is what my grandson said I should give the item. Also the recommendation is his. For me, there are a lot of mice that are a lot less expensive that I would purchase for myself.

I’ve updated the firmware and that only helped with the 2.4 hz connection. It wouldn’t allow me to update Bluetooth. The mice feet are almost paper thin out of the box.
