I’ve updated the firmware and that only helped with the 2.4 hz connection. It wouldn’t allow me to update Bluetooth. The mice feet are almost paper thin out of the box.

It asks you to install the Synapse software which is buggy and full of bloatware. Dont expect to use this for work or a secured laptop. You will be flagged by your network administrator.

Will disconnect around 20-30 times per day on average. While I absolutely love the form and the battery life is solid the unreliable connection makes it absolutely unusable.
