Customers are saying

Customers are positive about the Orochi V2's exceptional battery life, lightweight design, and ease of use, with many praising its comfortable size and responsive performance. However, some customers expressed dissatisfaction with the software, citing issues such as instability and bloatware. A few users also reported problems with the scroll wheel and noted that the white color is prone to staining. While some found the price reasonable, others felt that RGB lighting should have been included for the price point.

I ended up having to purchase a new mouse since I lost the adapter on my much liked G305 mouse as they use a proprietary adapter synced with the one individual mouse. Because of the fear of losing another adapter, I wanted to go with something that has both USB & bluetooth functionality. Luckily, the Razer Orochi v2 was on sale, and in white, so I decided to purchase it rather than another G305. Three most is battery powered which I do not mind. You can use either 1x AA or 1x AAA batteries so I thought that was cool. So far, the mouse is sufficient but it really does make me miss the G305. First, the plastic top-plate housing the battery compartment and USB adapter housing feels extremely thin and cheap. The entire top-plate including the two "fangs" (i.e., right/left click) is all one piece and the left/right click just feel like they are prone to breaking. I can't express how cheap it feels (the top-plate) and just how easily the "fangs" feel like they can snap off ruining the mouse in its entirely. The ergonomics of the G305 are much better also. Work the G305, I could be at my computer for hours playing games or doing work for school and my hand/plam wld never start to hurt or feel uncomfortable; the fit was perfect. The Orochi v2 is supposed to be designed for a variety of hands sizes and positions, and this is subjective, but upon first use, I could immediately tell it wld not be as comfortable add the G305. It feels as if the back of my palm is sticking straight up in the air and after about an hour or so, my hand starts to cramp up. This could be due to the fact that the back of the Razer Orochi v2 is much smaller and has a higher/greater degree of angular decline than that of the G305. The back, or butt of the mouse, is also significantly smaller in width and hight. I so what to be clear, I am not dissatisfied with my purchase if the Orochi v2, relative to the G305 (specifically), as they both have their respective + & - . I am going to keep the Orochi V2 as it does have dual connectivity functionality, it's light weight, it has higher DPI than that of the G305, and it's easy to map buttons, which there are 6. The dual connectivity was a big influence in my decision and while I wld recommend this product, I wld HIGHLY recommend considering what you want out of a mouse before purchasing. E.g., if you don't want something with dual connectivity functionality and don't mind having a proprietary USB Adapter, go with the G305; However, if you do mind these things and want dual connectivity, go with the Orochi v2.

I was skeptical about having a wireless mouse but the Orochi is making a believer out of me. The battery life seems excellent so far and response is possibly better than my wired Logitech that I had previously.

Very lightweight mouse, absolutely love it. For the price it competes with the more expensive ones, (I also own them) bought an extra one for my girlfriend as it matches her pc setup build and she also loves it.

it’s an okay mouse. reason for 4 stars is it didn’t light up like i thought it did (even let the sale associate know i was looking for a led mouse and he recommended this one) but the kid likes it and thats all that matters. its comfortable and fits perfect for small kids as well.

Great BT mouse. Connects immediately - and importantly it also disconnects/shutdowns when not in use. Light weight. The sensor is very accurate - 18,000 DPI up to ~450 in/sec. It also has battery choices - AA or AAA.
