There is no way that I can describe how good Razer customer service has treated me. I bought this mouse in February of 2014 and just love it. It has all the features I need for my gaming and for my work. Unfortunately I have a cat that loves to eat cords, knowing that I hide all my cords every day but one night I forgot to hide my mouse and the cat chewed through the cord. I contacted Razer for a replacement cord, thank god you can remove it, and told them what had happened. I was willing to pay for the cord but the amazing customer support team at Razer sent me a new one for free. These guys are amazing!!

I paid 150 for this around October last year. Since then i have had nothing but trouble from it. The wireless properties do not function as it doesn't charge the batteries. i have contacted razer multiple times and they keep telling me to put a new rechargeable battery in it and it should fix the problem. 30 bucks for a pack of the batteries and still not charging. So i have a 180 dollar wired mouse. i have recently purchased a naga from razer and am happy with it..I guess ill just leave this mouse in the case and decorate a bookshelf with it. All in all i give this a 2 star . also razer support sucks

This Mouse is one the best I've ever used in 34 years of gaming That's right before Ultima (look it up). .It solid feels well made and unless your expecting to chop wood with it tough enough to handle most gamers. FYI it is cordless so don't forget when you get pwnd to not toss it thru your screen. GLHF

I've used it for over a week now and I love it! Love the amount of control for the sensitivity and the buttons there are so many! You can program like all of them to do whatever you want(except the main mouse button) its awesome love it. And the design is Bada$$ to just cool!

Just received this mouse for my birthday. It's an awesome looking mouse that feels great; it's adjustable features really mold it to my hand.

I tested the Ouroboros in several games, including Team Fortress 2, DC Universe Online, and Gunz: The Duel. Whether I was fragging some friends, super-punching aliens, or dodging bullets like Neo from the Matrix, the Ouroboros functioned perfectly.

For a while, I have been trying to replace all of my outdated computer equipment with newer tech, especially devices tuned towards gaming performance. I am an avid game fan, and my sluggish laptop and broken mouse made it nearly impossible to play anything. As a reward for my SAT scores, my parents agreed to help me purchase a gaming mouse as my first step towards a better system. Even as I was unpacking I was immediately struck with how much care Razer put into their product; the mouse came in an elegant clear box on a pedestal, with all of the instructions and accessories stored in the bottom. The mouse itself is beautifully sleek and light, and comes with enough customization to fit itself well for my hand. It responds fantastically with games (in spite of how laggy my system is) and is a joy to use. I only wish I knew about Razer sooner. They have definitely won me over as a customer.

I have been a fan of Razer products for quite a while now. I've been using the Tartarus game pad for quite some time and am glad to say I now have the Ouroboros gaming to go along with it. I can honestly say I'm not surprised at all how accurate and comfortable the Ouroboros mouse is to use and look forward to many more hours of improved gameplay.

I really like this mouse because of how easy it is to use and by how you can adjust it to fit you hand for better accessibility.

The razer ouroboros is one of the most beautiful pieces of engineering I have ever seen in my gaming life. It's versatility makes a perfect sync with my hands. I feel like I have the most powerful weapon to pwn people in the battlefield. Thanks Razer! I have this mouse and before I got it, I did alot of research for the BEST gaming mouse, not caring of the price (because I got a lot of money from gifts) and it deserved more than its price. Overall, I'd rate this mouse a 10/10

This mouse looks amazing and feels so comfortable in your hands. It's super easy to get used to and once you start using it, you can't switch your mouse again.

I personally love the Razer Ouroboros for the wide range of customization and how comfortable the product is. I highly recommend this product!

best mouse i ever owned my friend got the mx mix master i said you mean the mx ##### master compared to my razer ouroboros i have big hands and it can adapt to that and i never have a problem with the battery and you can change the batter unlike the chick master because a real man wouldn't buy that i have to say gaming is a breeze with this monster strait up just cutting down the competition razer style

I purchased this today just after lunch and I was really excited about getting to try it out with all the good reviews that I had seen and read about it. This excitement was quickly cut short when I first tried to pair my mouse with the charging dock, which never happened. I spent an hour looking up how to properly do it but every video and site said the exact same thing and even showed me how to do it. Regardless, the pairing never worked meaning that I couldnt even use the mouse in wireless mode. So I tried wired mode, however when I unplugged the charging dock from my computer to move the cord to the mouse, Razer Synapse could no longer recognize the mouse as even being there. I tried everything I could think of but after another 45 minutes of trying to get it to work, the problem remained. I am returning this mouse right after writing this review and warn people to not get this mouse, there are too many bugs with it and it's just a waste of money.

Super pricey, but just short of perfection, worth!

I've been a Razer fan for a few years now.. own a keyboard and 2 other mice (wired and wireless) and just recently purchased this mouse along with the Kraken 7.1 headphones to go along with a new MSI GT70 that I am taking with me for work overseas. Very satisfied with all of their products so far and haven't had any issues.
