Was awesome while it worked, but my space bar (key 20) broke within 15 days.

Makes games a lot more responsive and feels comfortable.

My favorite keypad so far thinking about upgrading

I have used keypads like this from Razer for years. I love them. My previous one was breaking from all the use over the years. It had a slightly different button layout as this one has a scroll button. Life hack here is I mapped it to be an extra two functions. I love these and if you’re new to it, give it time. It’s all muscle memory

I highly don’t recommend this product. The keys stick really bad in comparison to the Razer keyboard. Had the Razer keyboard for almost 2 years so go with the Razer keyboard instead of this Razer keypad. One key already broke and I bought this product February 28th, 2022 so not worth it all.

Good for mobas to mich fine tuning for any other kind of game

Overkill, 12 buttun moyse and modifiers are enough for me

Very disappointed this does not work on Mac. PC software is glitchy and some macros will not work. Very little support on manufacturer's website. Lots of advertizing, little help. Compared to my trusty Logitech G-13, this is a big disappointment.

What a piece of crap. It's giving me nothing but issue since the beginning. Buttons stick, the joystick gets a mind of its own it moves me around in games and I have to wiggle the heck out of it to get it to stop. I don't abuse, it I don't slam it, and I keep it clean. What a waste of money!

Solid feel, very helpful with MMO or situations where you need a lot of specific key binds/macros. Solidly built with the comfort of the hand pad make it comfortable for hours of continuous use.

Comfortable, easy to set up with synapse, and fun to customize. It's a bit on the pricy side but the rgb is priceless.

I have several of the Razer products the Huntsman Elite keyboard the Baslisk Ultimate speed wireless gaming mouse and the Firefly Hard mouse pad. I love these and would recommend but the Tartarus Pro Gaming Keypad I can not. The Dpad keeps getting stuck in one position which cause my character in game to just move in that direction and in this case run and it will not stop. i have to press the opposite direction or the keyboard keys to stop the motion and sometimes that does not even work. it is very frustrating . when trying to play WoW in the middle of a fight my character takes off running and I have to try to recover from the unwanted interruption. I have not had this a month and this issues is already happening. I am a casual gamer and for sure this should not be happing to such an expensive controller. secondly the keys have a dual action which i thought would be cool but not executed correctly in my opinion. when just trying to utilize the keys for a single action when you press down the action is slightly delated making think it did not register and you press the key again. this is not good game play especially in a large battle scene or for FPS this will get you killed in game and loose a lot. so i can not recommend this product until they fix these glaring issues. I will go back to my G13 from Logitiec for now.

It is really good for binding macros and having keys mapped to the games you like to play based on profiles configured in razer synapse

I bought this product the moment it was available - in November 2017 - and its d-pad broke in less than six months of use. Props to Razer customer support in handling the RMA, after I jumped through a few hoops. In April 2018, I sent for and received the replacement. Now, barely three months after having received the replacement unit, it is already showing problems. The d-pad now does not click in the left/upper position, and the lack of that resistance has literally killed me in games. Further, key 12 no longer clicks unless it is pressed on its lower extremity. I soon will contact Razer for yet another RMA.

Great for all types of gaming! Has multiple profile settings for every game you could play. Even has options to remap things I wouldn’t ever think of

while the entire unit if functional and fairly easy to setup and use the interior is a jumble of cheap parts. after 6 months of use the dpad on mine had the button toggle go out and the left upon further inspection.

The product is great and feels comfortable. It takes some time to get used to it, but I'm never going back. The software for the keypad offers an amazing amount of programmability.

Excellent and fast srrvice. Had exactly what i needed for the last bit of my mmorpg setup.

It's taking a very very long time getting used to this thing. The D-pad in the thumb would have been far more useful as an analog joystick for movement. It had potential but unfortunately it's not for me, total waste of money
