Synapse3 caused numerous system problems; lagging mouse, USB conflicts, routine dropping, and frequent BSOD. Unfortunately, the one thing that was worse than the rotten software was Razer's complete lack of customer service. I submitted a help ticket and did not hear back for over two weeks. While waiting, I researched online and attempted numerous methods discussed on Razer’s support site, none of them worked. Finally, I followed Razer’s process for completely uninstalling the software, restarted, plugged in the device, let Microsoft load default USB, HID, and mouse drivers, and did not reinstall Synapse3 (or anything from Razer). So, its just a basic mouse that cannot use any of the additional features, super product Razer.
