Was pleasantly surprised with this mouse. Even though its ambidextrous, having side buttons on both sides isn't as annoying as I thought it would be and it's actually not inconvenient at all. Besides that, the mouse is incredibly light and I like being able to change the DPI and the colors on the mouse. The clicks are quite loud, but nothing too bad if you have a headset on.

Pretty much the best mice you can buy. It is lightweight which is good for shooters. It is also good for daily activities. It feels great and very quick and responsive. If I had to do it all again and I wanted a top mouse, I would get the wireless version and pay more. This one does the job tho. The cord is perfect and does not get in the way. Top notch product

    A Solid Mid-range Mouse

Take this review with a grain of salt, because I'm biased for having only purchased 10-20 dollar non-name brand mice up until this point, but I gotta say this mouse is great. I don't know much about mice technically, all I can say is it's a much smoother experience than what my previous 15 dollar one could do. Plus it has different colors to represent what DPI setting you're at so you know which is your preferred in an instant, and it's cord is really loose in a good way. My wire situation is abysmal I admit, but even still the cord always has this innate amount of slack which means I'm never working against the cord to, say, aim in an FPS. The only downside I can see for someone is the software included with all of Razr's hardware. I'm not bothered by having to wait a bit for it all to kick in on start-up, but maybe other slower computers might have a harder time with that? I couldn't say though, I've not tried it on anything other than the one computer I have. This is all to say, I think this mouse is definitely worth it for the price. If you've been going cheap on mice, this is a good one to upgrade to that isn't near 100 dollars, but absolutely makes a difference in experience.

One of the best mice this world has seen

Honestly this is the best mouse that ive ever used. Ive used many mice for gaming. For example Steelseries Rival 600, Razer Mamba Elite, HyperX Alloy Fps Pro, Logitech G502. And the Razer Viper (atleast for my hand) is the most ergonomic for my grip (fingertip grip). The mouse is so light, the sensor is so amazing, and the rubberside grips are pretty good,

    Great Lightweight Mouse

Best lightweight mouse out on the market right now compared to the Odin and Finalmouse. I was never a fan of the honeycomb design but Razer have innovated and did not go with that terrible design. Moved from wireless back to wired and the cord, when bungeed, will feel just as good as a wireless one.

    Great Upgrade to Lightweight Mouse

Great mouse if you cannot afford the wireless version. The only complaint so far is the left/right mouse buttons feel a little wobbly when you move them left and right without clicking down; especially near the edges. I like the design of molding the rubber sides onto the body so it'll be really difficult for the rubber to come off. The previous mouse I owned was Razer as well but the rubber sides were glued. The Viper is enjoyable with its lightweight and I prefer the ambidextrous feel.

Had bought a different gaming mouse and was not impressed so decided to spend a little more and get the Viper and I’m glad I did! Pros: Ergonomics - feels great in my hand! Weight - Not the lightest in the world, but light enough to snap around the mouse pad. Build - Solid feeling even being as light as it is. Tracking - Top not tracking and accuracy. Cons: Pricey

Razer know how to do mice and this one is no different. It fits comfortably in the hand for my small-to-medium hands with a palm grip, which I prefer, or a claw grip. The software allows for fine tuning the response of the mouse, the build is light weight and the buttons have just enough clicky response to know you are actually hitting them.

Decent mouse, but somewhat expensive and very uncomfortable for most. This is the most hated mouse in my household due to its low-profile stance. Luckily for me, I find this mouse to be fairly comfortable for everyday use. Otherwise, performance is exceptional and the mouse seems to be well made. I'm not convinced this is the best choice for most, but consider trying it if you have a fingertip or claw grip.

This is the one. Desktop, office, and power users: don't shy away from this just because its marketed at gamers! Pros: Matte finish. Feels great in hand. Just enough grip and doesn't get slippery if you hands are wet/sweaty. Tasteful RGB. Slow smooth color transitions by default. Very light. I did not realize how much weight contributes to the enjoyment of using a mouse. Clicks are soft and quiet. Office approved. Button underneath for changing dpi. You can totally use this mouse without installing software. Thin and flexy cord. I've always preferred wireless, but this cord is so light you wouldn't know it wasn't wireless. Ambidextrous, however, I have not had any issues accidentally hitting the right side buttons. Not once. The pads. This thing glides like a dream. Scroll wheel is solid. I've passed on many of the popular mice out there because their scroll wheels felt loose/wobbly. Has little grips on the wheel for traction. Cons: None. All hail Razer!

Excellent mouse. Very lightweight and amazing to use. Purchased on sale and it's a steal at $40. Also, the version I got looks to be updated as it has the white-colored feet similar to the 8K version and not the black-colored feet that was on the original Viper.

I used to have the g502 and I’m in love of the Razer viper. This mouse fits my hand perfectly and is so much lighter than my previous mouse. For $60, this mouse is a steal to get!

Bought this mouse in a bundle with a keyboard, headphones and a pad. I don't regret it, though! It has the perfect size for my hand and the fact that you can sync the RGB lighting with the keyboard is amazing. I've own it for less than two weeks, but so far, so good.

Nice ambidextrous mouse. I am particular about my mice because I am left handed (who keeps the left click on the left), and this is completely symmetrical. This fits me well with just the two buttons to hotkey options to while gaming (I am not a fan of mice with over abundance of buttons on the thumb pad). Overall a nice design, very light and responsive, just a tad on expensive side for what it is

Very light mouse and has an incredible price. Feels better than some of the best high end mouses such as the cape town. Would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a light clean mouse. It also can light up to whatever you like it to and has many options.

Overall a great mouse. My only concern is that it is a bit too small for my hand, but is still comfortable and decent to play with. The RGB Lighting is easy to set up and works well. Mouse feels quality, glides over my mouse pad easy.
