I've finally managed to adjust to it. I am 5'3" and have a small-medium sized hand and the mouse feels very small. I do prefer the Mambo size over this one. Anyone with large hands will most likely not like this mouse as there is not a lot to hold onto. That being said, it is a very good mouse. Accurate and responsive. I haven't had any issues with this mouse since I purchased it.
