I purchased this mouse because I’d Razers reputation of high quality (expensive) gaming products and because I wanted a wireless mouse with charging dock. Within two days I noticed the right mouse click button was producing a strange sound when pressed compared to the left click. I didn’t care that much so I ignored it and was still reasonably happy with my purchase. Two weeks after purchase the charging dock started to act up. Now I cannot charge the mouse on the charging dock without cleaning the metal contact points EVERYTIME! I would stay away from this mouse.

Overall i love the mouse. But the usb cord that camr for the charger doesnt seem to be working correctly. I used one of my own to get it to work but just disappointing

BUYER BEWARE - while this is a great mouse, mine broke and I can't get it replaced. I contacted Razer, they said they would send me a return label (would not do advance replacement), but never sent the label. I'm emailing them daily and the response is - we sent it to you. How about sending it again Razer, if you did even send it. Its been a month. Never have I dealt with poor service like this. I even got an emailing saying they will close my ticket due to no activity, even though I'm emailing them daily asking for the return shipping label.

the mouse is fine. It performs adequately looks nice and feels fine as well. the rgb is SUPER choppy but at least its super bright. the battery life is good enough and software works, although it's always running in the background and takes up a decent amount of ram. The side buttons feel and sound typical the left and right clicks are super loud and click scroll wheel is stiff but has loosened a bit since i got it. But overall since I got this mouse on sale it's an ok mouse except if you get it for the original price, it definitely feels like a scam because for the original $150 this does not feel like a premium experience.

Mouse felt nice in hand but it had random disconnects and the charging base rarely worked. I loved the concept of the charging dock but it didn't work well for me.

First week went GREAT as expected. Once it got some use it developed a creak on the RMB after 2 weeks and 2 days before my return period ended it started to creak on the LMB. Do not be fooled by the reviews as this creak is an on going issue with quality control. Check reddit for proof.

This mouse Came with a clicking problem, returning. Going for the G pro Wireless, Let’s hope that doesn’t let me down, like this mouse..

I mean it works but the battery isn’t great and the dock doesn’t really charge it anymore

Mouse is great but the docking station does not work. Software to control the mouse is not very intuitive.

The charging dock that comes with the mouse did not work out of the box. Razer support could offer no solution other than to return the mouse. The mouse itself feels a little cheap considering the cost. I was ready to forgive some short comings because I really wanted a wireless gaming mouse in white to match my Alienware M17 R4, but this might be my last Razer product.

Literally an incredible and phenomenal mouse. But I would avoid u less you wanted to play the quality lottery. I’m the span of two days, I exchanged six of these mice. They always either had travel in the right click, a mushy left click. Worst part is every time I received something I was happy with, writhing hours or days of use the clicks would creak and get rattly. Very unhappy with razers quality control.

Truly awful mouse. It constantly skips and stutters and disconnects. Ive done it all, tried different ports, re-installed the drivers, re-installed synapse etc.... The issue persisted so I bought a GPro Wireless and its 10x better. Please save yourself the hassle and stay away from razer mouses. Cheers

Not worth it in my opinion because of the price there are so many better options

After 4 days of use the side buttons already stopped working

The sensor broke and was very glitchy :( it was fun until it lasted though.

The charging station died after 1 week of use. And, of course, I was past the exchange/return date. So, may have to try again and hope a new one works longer than the original. I do love the color - that's what got me.

After two months the left click button has started to have issues. It's very crunchy and makes a lot of scratching noises. It still works, but is very annoying to use especially when gaming because the click feeling is inconsistent.

Ordered this because I wanted to upgrade my mouse, it came after a few shipping delays only to find out that the product was defective. Did all the troubleshooting that I could & still could not get the mouse to work.

Lasted about 3 months before the whole mouse died for an expensive mouse. None of the methods I’ve tried works. But before it stopped working it was fun and responsive to use.
