Customers are saying

Customers commend the Viper Ultimate Ultralight Wireless Optical Gaming Mouse's lightweight design, excellent battery life, and included charging dock. Many appreciate the wireless functionality and comfortable ergonomics, along with the high-quality build and responsive performance. However, some users experienced issues with the side buttons and scroll wheel, while others found the size or software less than ideal. Overall, the positive feedback on the mouse's core features outweighs the reported minor drawbacks.

Maybe a defective mouse? Cheap budget feel.

Feels like a cheap budget mouse. Also was slow to respond and wasn’t as fast or smooth as my Deathadder v2 pro. My Deathadder is so quick and almost instantly I was improving in my game.

    Great, but not the best.

This mouse was very good to me and I have had no complaints up until the dock had some issues. The issue seemed to be the plastics wearing down from me placing the mouse on to the dock and then removing it over and over. I had this for about 2.5 years before the buttons felt very mushy and less clicky. I use it almost daily and the battery life was excellent. Overall it was a very good mouse and my first wireless one at that. I hate to say that it was not the best mouse I have ever had, but it was a massive upgrade from the one I had used previously and I still loved it. Definitely one of the better mice on the market but now overshadowed by the newer versions.

Horrible. Doesn’t have Bluetooth for being a wireless mouse. There are cheaper options and better quality nice. This one weighs almost nothing and has to have 2 free USB ports on your computer to use.

Great Mouse with a Silly Light

    Posted .

A great mouse! Extremely light, responsive (none of the periodic lag I experienced with my last Logitech mouse). My 1 whine concerns the LED lights. The mouse gives you so many clever ways to pick your colors, patterns of blinking, even support for games that can somehow give the player color coded feedback in the game via the blinking and colors. I have no interest in draining my battery with these silly lights. With the provided software I can turn off the light, BUT, the light only remains off as long as this program is running, so unless you make a contant habit of turning off your mouse when you turn off your computer, the light will turn back on the moment your system powers down.

Love this mouse, prefer it over the Logitech GPX

I tried the Logitech G Pro Wireless and had several issues with the clicks. I exchanged it three times and they all had rattling clicks. I gave up on it and decided to purchase the Razer Viper Ultimate. Immediately after opening it I knew I would love it. The clicks are firm and tactile. They don't rattle, very minimal pre-travel, and 0 post-travel. I'm not sure if I got the updated version with the v2 optical switches though. Nevertheless, they still feel great and I'm very satisfied with this mouse. The charging dock is a great feature and I never have to worry about my mouse dying because I can just plop the mouse onto the dock whenever I'm not using it. At 74 grams, the mouse is very lightweight. Not as light as the 60 gram GPX, but the difference is negligible and the 74 grams feels great in the hand. This mouse suits my claw grip very well and I never find myself having to adjust. I highly recommend this mouse to anyone who is looking for a wireless lightweight gaming mouse with extremely low latency, low-profile, high DPI gaming mouse. Look no further when browsing for a wireless gaming mouse, because this one is the best.

Fantastic mouse. No lag or delayed response. Feels as if it were a wired mouse. Feels great in hand, and is light weight. Great mouse for first person shooters. Has great battery life. Charges fairly quickly. Quartz pink is a plus.

If you like short, ambidextrous mice...this is THE one. I have had nearly every new mouse release and I can't think of a single reason to recommend one over the Viper Ultimate. Every once in a while, I have to look down at this thing...it doesn't feel real. It's so light and everything on it is so crisp. As close to perfect as I think I'll ever find.

Solid Gaming Mouse, Especially On Sale

Got this mouse on sale and it is amazing. Fits perfectly in my hand even if it's a small hand and makes aiming a breeze. The side buttons are a bit on the inconvenient side to reach, but I think if I had bigger hands that wouldn't be such a problem.
