I ordered the Quartz colored model. The weight and convenience of charging is great. I enjoy the 1000hz pull rate for quick reaction times. It's nice that this mouse is left handed friendly. The biggest two issues I have are one of software, and one of hardware. The mouse requires Razer's Synapse 3 software to run in order to customize RGB and other mouse specifications. If it isn't running, it acts like a brand new mouse. This is annoying if you use a Mac, as the software is unavailable for that. You'd think that a mouse with onboard memory would remember these small and simple things, but you'd be wrong. The hardware issue is that the Quartz (pink) color model that I got has the top layer coming off of it after a day of light use. It's black underneath, so its getting pretty ugly rather quickly. I wish I could return it and swap it out for a black model, but the price has gone up $20 since I purchased it a few days ago. :/

I've been a PC gamer since 1999 and this simply the best gaming mouse I have ever owned. Right now you can get it for $80 which is an absolute steal IMO. If you're looking for a top-notch gaming mouse, it honestly gets no better than this. I even think it's worth the full asking price.

Its from the best gaming mouse,i used to have a g502 but i wanted a light mouse so i bought this and this mouse made me better at games like fortnite,and its very responsive,the only thing i dont like is that is $100,but trust me that is worth

its light and good not very fit to hand ( little long ) but it is good.

I just got it, but so far its been nothing but good. I have done a lot of reasearch into mice, and although its expensive its basically sightly better than the g pro in all ways except shape. it feels good in my han and is very responsive

Its super fast and the glide is so good it is responsive and sturdy the grip on the sides are very sticky not to the point were you cant lift it off the mouse and same goes for the scroll wheel 10/10 would recommend

So far, the mouse is great. I have a "higher reaction speed" due to the use of the optical switches and am able to have more accurate shots from the 20k optical sensor, thank you razor

Terrible mouse. Brief history in first paragraph, skip to second paragraph for review. about 7-8 years ago I bought a "left handed" razer mouse and began using it, but instantly noticed the right and left mouse buttons were mixed up. I guess they thought left handed people had inverted their right and left click buttons for their entire lives. I didn't this was a problem, I would just go into their software and remap the keys, so I did. The problem was, once remapped, each mouse button had about 400 ping on them so the mouse was not usable for games and I instantly returned it and did not even think about a Razer product until about two months ago. Two months ago I purchased this mouse, within 2 weeks I noticed the right/left click buttons rub against the center of the mouse, creating a sqweaky noise and making the buttons take longer to come up, which is awful in shooters and any other game you may have to rapidly click. The software from the very beginning would constantly crash and have to be ended in task manager and restarted as a fix. There has not been a day since I have owned it that I have not had a problem with the software. I reinstalled it multiple times and attempted to troubleshoot it and have a background in IT, but nothing seemed to work. The mouse sensor will also get mixed up if you lift it a little and set it back down to reset it to the center of your mouse pad, shaking your screen or rapidly spinning if you are playing anything first person. I gave this company a second chance and have been let down again. Even if you can justify one or two of these problems as "user error", just one of these issues makes this mouse not worth buying. If you do not believe this review, I STRONGLY urge you to use it for a week and make an educated decision on whether or not you want to return it before exceeding the return policy.

It is really good for the price. And since the black colour is going for 130, it is even better. It does really give you what you pay for.

the only pros i have for this mouse is probably the scroll wheel but other than that the mouse in general feels cheap with mushy clicks and the side buttons are the worst. this mouse would be good for people that have smaller hands with a claw grip play style though. g pro is probably the better buy but i gambled and lost.

I received the Viper ultimate as a Christmas present during the 2020 Holiday season, Unfortunately I received an older copy of the mouse. Due to this the mouse had quite a few issues both physically as well as in the terms of software. I had 3 main issues with the mouse, Of which include (Creaky Right MB, Weird Pre travel on the Left MB & the RGB straight up not working). The issues with the Right & Left triggers is due to me having a V1 version of the Black Viper ultimate & the lower QC standard that they had (Made in Taiwan rather than China). The defects with in the RMB & LMB made the mouse unusable, Yet the squeaky/grindy mouse button is inaudible making it impossible to RMA. So in short, DO NOT GET THE BLACK RVU, It is nigh impossible to tell if you have gotten a V1 or V2 RVU if its black. If you are absolutely hell bent on getting the RVU then get the Mercury edition because it is 100% a V2 copy (V2 = Less to no defects).

Bought this in July of 2020. IT's been a good mouse I'm only giving it two stars though part for the problem I have and part for Razor's customer service. I haven't even had the mouse a year yet and the rubber grip on the center mouse button started slipping to the point that it's useless for gaming and even web browsing. To get the scroll to work I have to press hard enough that the middle mouse button engages. Support wants me to clean the mouse and update drivers - for a loose rubber ring. After a week of back and forth I'm done..

If they said its good, they lied. Def worth $60 though ngl
