Mouse works great, at first it would have connection issues once in a while but after recent updates that seems to have gone away. In general I have had bad experiences with Razer customer support so for that reason I would suggest people stay away.

You'd think that a mouse this expensive would be quality built. But it's not. The charging dock is a pain and the mouse has to be positioned just right for it to actually charge. Otherwise the RGB will cycle to appear like it's charging but it'll be dead the next morning. Wireless on the mouse cuts out intermittently which always seems to happen at the most inopportune moments. Otherwise I love the ergonomics of the mouse, the software is cool, the clicks feel nice. I just wish it was built to the quality someone should expect a mouse this price would be. Overall I cannot recommend this mouse because the issues it has are just not worth dealing with at this price.

Been using it for about weeks now, it's pretty good you can set the dpi in the razer software but for some reason it freeze and not move when I'm playing games so far twice in since the last 3 week.

Side buttons stopped working consistently after only 3 1/2 months. Great feel, good charge life. Would be 5 stars if it didn't break!!

Subjective opinion but this mouse just was not for me. I think it is a great mouse and has alot of premium features, however I just found myself continuously wanting to go back to my g pro wireless.

The charging dock is was junk. Mouse is great - Wish it was wireless but I have had it plugged in through USB since day 3 when the mouse wouldn't hold the charge.

Great mouse, fits great in your hand. Only complaint is that the button durability is weak. I've had mine for about a year, and the right and left mouse clicks sometimes get stuck or dont work

Purchased this for my son who considers himself a serious gamer. He was hopeful that a mouse at this expense level would be reliable. After a couple of weeks he said it's too glitchy for gaming and went back to wired.

Really bad lag when using wireless. Would of bought a cheaper wired mouse if I would of known it was this bad

The only problem i have with it is that it keeps disconnecting while im playing games and it gets me killed a lot

Great performance, exactly what you'd expect for price. only downfall is the docking station became finicky after a few months. love the lighting and syncing with the dock, though.

It's a pretty nice mouse although it feels cheap and very light weight. I like the docking station that it comes with, but the dongle seems to be very tight on any usb slots.

Nice mouse love the stand glides nice poore battery. Couldn't play 10 hours until it would die. Returned it could've been a defect but not buying another one.

Return for a Basilisk. Was not bad, just felt the Basilisk felt better despite the weight. And it really isn’t that heavy at all. Returned.

Bad quality! Brought on February, only use for 2 months it won’t work at all
