the dongle didn't work after 1 year, so i can only use as wired mouse from now on. also, the app could be better

Super light, accurate and smooth. Only reason Im knocking off a star is they Don't include the 4khz polling dongle with a mouse the label as "pro". That being said, the 4khc polling is a noticeable improvement.

This mouse is so quite and just glides so nice without any glitches

If you like wasting your money on mice that may not work out of the box, this mouse may be for you. First one I bought had a dud wireless dongle. Returned and got a new one, which work fine until Synapse wanted to update the mouse, which proceeded to brick the wireless dongle again. It seems like this is an ongoing issue with Razer. You're better off with the wired version which has lasted me for years. I just wanted to get rid of excess cables but this mouse falls short.

The first wireless usb dongle it came with stopped working after 2 weeks. Contacter razer and they sent a new usb dongle. Havnt had problems since. Otherwise an amazing lightweight mouse, probably the best one i have used so far.

The wireless feature stopped working a little over a year after purchase. I am a total tech member so I got with them about exchanging for a new one. No local store had the black version and was only given the option to return it and order one which would not work due to me needing a mouse every day. The found a white version and we did an exchange. They said even though I paid with my debit card that the difference in price would have to go on a store gift card. This limits what I can do with my own money and also you can’t even purchase some things IN STORE like a gift card for a gaming service with their gift card. So I will probably stop being a total tech member and shopping at Best Buy.

razer hit it out of the park with this mouse, top of the line sensor and switches. mine had no issues, though i did return it as it was a bit too big for my hands. if you have bigger hands and use finger tip grip, this is for you.

My most favorite mouse I've ever bought for myself! I have always had low quakity mouses so I never invested in it, but the BestBuy customer service knew exactly what to offer based off my preference :).
