Good mouse overall but the mouse clicks don’t sound as good as other Razer mice, feels kinda cheap.

The Razer Viper V3 Pro is a high-performance gaming mouse designed for competitive gamers seeking lightweight build and advanced features. Weighing just 54 grams, it offers exceptional maneuverability while maintaining a sturdy design. It features Razer’s Focus Pro 35K Optical Sensor, enabling ultra-precise tracking with up to 35,000 DPI and fine adjustments in 1 DPI increments. The mouse uses Gen-3 optical switches, rated for 90 million clicks, ensuring durability and responsiveness. Key highlights include its 8,000 Hz wireless polling rate for minimal latency (ideal for eSports), though this comes at the cost of reduced battery life (17 hours at max polling, compared to 95 hours at 1,000 Hz). It connects via Razer’s Hyperspeed Wireless Dongle or USB-C for wired use. The mouse also supports customization through Razer Synapse software, allowing remapping and performance adjustments. While the Viper V3 Pro offers cutting-edge features, its price of $159.99 might be high for casual users, especially since similar mice like the Glorious Model O Pro and HyperX Pulsefire Haste 2 provide comparable performance at lower price points

This mouse shouldn’t be this good…

On paper, it was a disappointing release to myself and many other people out there. Everyone thought this mouse was just a cheap knock off of the already well known and loved Razer Viper Ultimate, And Viper V2 Pro. Ive owned the Razer Viper Ultimare, the Razer Viper V2 Pro, and the Razer Viper Mini, and I have to give it to Razer… they made an Incredible Mouse at a even more incredible price! I simply can not take this mouse off my desk. It has replaced my Viper V2 pro as of now, its Shape is just perfect and i do mean Perfect. The side buttons are also by far the best I have ever used personally, and I’ve tried quite a lot of mice. The Switches are their Previous Gen Mechanical Switches, and I for one prefer these over the current “Crunchier” Optical Mechanical switches found in the Death Adder V3 Pro as well as the Viper V2 Pro, they are lighter and crispiser. And in my opinion more statisfying! And again, that shape is just king. Its more plump and fits my hand incredibly well and I do believe most people would prefer the shape of the new Viper V3 Hyperspeed. Next topic is the weight. Coming from the Viper V2 Pro being one of the most light weight full sized mice on the market, I could definitely tell the Viper V3 was noticeably heavier, However After I tossed the included Alkaline battery and used a AA Lithium battery the weight immediately felt closer to what im used to, still not as light as the Viper V2 pro but it feels light weight and fantastic, a AA battery powered mouse may lead you to believe this mouse would be back heavy and completely unbalanced.. at least thats what i thought. However im happy to report that it is incredibly well balanced, more so than most mouse ive tried that have internal batteries even! The Last topic I’d like to go over is the sensor; it’s packing the same incredible sensor as the Viper V2 Pro and the Death Adder V3 Pro, so you know its got the performance to back it up, However I was nervous about the high sensor placement on this mouse as opposed to it being in the middle like most mice. It took a very small amount of time for me to get used to it, and once i did I can also say I prefer this sensor placement by far, if you use a claw or fingertip mouse grip like I Do, this placement made me feel so much more accurate in FPS games and some how with Dark Magic im assuming, made Tracking way too easy, its actually insane! Lol, So to close, this mouse.. on paper.. didnt sound like it would be such a good choice, but after trying the mouse and giving it a chance, it Is absolutely one of the best wireless options on the market right now, and i would highly recommend it to anyone! (As long as you dont mind spending money on batteries lol). Personally I love that I’ve been using it for 2 weeks straight close to 6-8 hours a day and its still practically fully charged. I love the thought of just popping in a Lithium AA battery and then forgetting about ever having to plug it in or place it on some sort of charging device! So if youre on the fence.. absolutely grab this thing its Amazing!!! 11/10

easy to set up and use. Only draw back I've found so far is the buttons on the side I every now and then click one of those by accident when moving mouse around sometimes causing unexpected actions. Otherwise great mouse, very responsive. I'll get used to the side buttons

Out of the few mice I’ve owned, this one by far takes the top in my records. The weight and size of the mouse fit my smaller hand size and glides well along my mousepad. The customizable DPI is really a game changer as it allows me to use the mouse most comfortably at DPI that isn’t offered in most mice. It truly is a great mouse, highly recommended!

    NIce Mouse For The Price

This is a great mouse! I was hoping it would be like the original Viper Ultimate, but it comes in short in my view. The fact it doesn't have optical switches and the fact I think the skates are slow in moving the mouse around I would say it is a very adequate mouse for the price range it is in. I will continue to use my Logitech Superlight 2 and keep this as a backup.

As someone who already owns the Viper Ultimate, Viper V2 Pro, and the G Pro X Superlight, this one really checked the boxes for me. I have large hands, so the Viper v2 being so low profile has always been uncomfortable for me after long sessions. This new v3 hyperspeed model has a higher hump, which for my large hands has been super comfortable. This mouse is more similar to the G Pro Superlight than it is the Viper in my opinion, and thats a plus for me. It comes with a standard AA battery, but I used a converter to allow for a AAA lithium battery and got the weight down to 67g from 83g. Have not regretted this purchase yet. Ive had it for 4 days now and love it.

A great mouse to use and very smooth, despite its wireless and have to buy its own batteries which is not a problem cause if can last up to 11 days, still its great because to much wire is just annoying when having a small desk of space so over all this mouse is great!

The Razer Viper V3 HyperSpeed is easily one of the best wireless gaming mice I’ve used. It’s super lightweight, very comfortable, and the sensor is incredibly accurate — perfect for Fortnite or any fast-paced games. The clicks feel crisp, the battery life is great, and there’s absolutely no lag thanks to the HyperSpeed wireless connection.

Great mouse for the price. It’s not as good as the V3 Pro but for a fraction of the price it’s a steal. Even if this thing breaks I’ll replace it because it’s that good. Materials are on the cheaper end but it responds well and glides on every surface I throw at it

Feels light and responsive even with batteries installed. Two batteries shouldn't weigh down aouse contrary to what some reviewers might say. Long battery life. Buttons feel good. Almost with a $150 mouse, which would have been a waste of money now that i tried this cheaper option.

This mouse has been a huge upgrade from the one that i had previously. Going wireless was a concern for me because i play many competitive fps games. Latency can ruin the experience. This mouse fits great for my larger hands has very long battery life and a great optical sensor. Best mouse ive had my hand on no contest.

Light weight and nicely designed but had tracking issues on my very expensive glass mouse pad (it is designed for gaming). Other mice have tracked well on it. Probably would be fine for soft mouse pads.

This mouse was great. It worked very smooth. Is wireless so didn't have a wire getting in the way! It is a bigger mouse too so it helped with my oversized hands as im a 6’1 male. It never gave me problems. The only reason I do not have it now is because it was stollen from me by the police. They took it and did not log it into evidence.
