The Razer Viper V3 Pro Ultra-Lightweight Wireless Mouse is a stellar addition to Razer's acclaimed lineup, setting new benchmarks for performance, design, and comfort. Designed for competitive gamers and enthusiasts alike, this mouse impresses right out of the box with its sleek, ambidextrous design, ensuring both left and right-handed users enjoy an equally comfortable and efficient experience. Weighing in at a remarkable 59 grams, the Viper V3 Pro lives up to its ultra-lightweight promise without compromising on build quality. The chassis feels robust, with no signs of flex or creaking, and the matte finish provides a secure grip, minimizing slip even during intense gaming sessions. The heart of the Viper V3 Pro is the Focus Pro 30K Optical Sensor, which offers an industry-leading 30,000 DPI sensitivity. This sensor delivers impeccable precision, allowing for ultra-fast and accurate movements. Whether you're sniping in a first-person shooter or micro-managing units in a real-time strategy game, the sensor performs flawlessly, translating even the most subtle hand movements into on-screen action with no noticeable latency. Wireless performance is another area where the Viper V3 Pro excels. Utilizing Razer's HyperSpeed Wireless technology, the connection remains rock-solid and lag-free, comparable to a wired setup. The mouse also supports Bluetooth connectivity, providing flexibility for different use cases, from gaming to everyday computing tasks. Battery life is impressive, lasting up to 80 hours on a single charge, ensuring you can game for extended periods without interruption. The buttons on the Viper V3 Pro are highly responsive, featuring Razer's Gen-3 Optical Mouse Switches, rated for 90 million clicks. The tactile feedback is satisfying, and the actuation force is well-balanced, reducing the risk of accidental clicks while ensuring rapid response times. The scroll wheel is equally well-engineered, offering precise control with distinct, tactile steps. Customization options are plentiful, courtesy of Razer Synapse software. You can remap buttons, adjust DPI settings, and create custom profiles with ease. The onboard memory allows you to store these profiles directly on the mouse, ensuring your settings are always available, regardless of the computer you're using. However, the Viper V3 Pro is not without its drawbacks. The absence of RGB lighting might disappoint some users who prefer a more visually dynamic setup. Additionally, while the mouse is designed for ambidextrous use, the side buttons are only present on one side, which might be a limitation for left-handed users. In conclusion, the Razer Viper V3 Pro Ultra-Lightweight Wireless Mouse is an exceptional choice for gamers seeking top-tier performance in a lightweight, wireless package. Its superb sensor, robust wireless capabilities, and ergonomic design make it a standout option in the crowded gaming mouse market. Despite a few minor drawbacks, the Viper V3 Pro delivers where it counts, making it a worthy investment for serious gamers.

Its a nice mouse, but man is it large. If you have small to medium hands, I would recommend looking at other options. Had to return it due to size. Crazy price for it though. Seen better options for half the price. Especially options that dont have the crappy razor software.

The design of the Razer Viper V3 Pro is great. The first thing I noticed about the mouse is how lightweight it is. According to Razer, this mouse weighs 54 grams and it definitely is apparent when you pick it up. I don’t know how to describe it, except that it feels completely hollow on the inside. Even so, the plastic exterior of the mouse feels sturdy and like it could withstand some wear and tear. On the bottom, there are three pieces of smooth plastic that allow for quick gliding across the mouse surface. Razer also mentions in their marketing materials that part of the mouse is made out of Post-consumer recycled plastic which is a cool sustainability feature. The design of this mouse, combined with the optical sensor, allow for very precise movement controls. For games that require precision movements, like competitive e-sports games like Valorant or Fortnite, this mouse is ideal. It has great tracking and it never feels like it “pulls” me in a different direction than I intend to go. It also has some great DPI step adjustments to be able to dial in the exact amount of sensitivity the mouse has in its movements. The wireless connectivity of this mouse works great. I do not notice any perceivable latency. The mouse comes with a dongle and usb extension cable, so the dongle for the mouse can sit directly next to the mouse and create a direct line of sight between the mouse and the dongle. According to Razer the polling rate between the mouse and the computer is 8000hz which seems to also enable the low latency connection. Speaking of latency, the buttons are clicky in a satisfying way. The switches are optical, which I’ve read have faster actuation than mechanical (which is great for FPS games and anything where timing makes a difference). I’ve also read that optical switches are also longer lasting; Razer says the switches will last for 90 million clicks which is wild. There are a total of 6 buttons on the mouse. Razer includes software to program the buttons which worked well in my experience with it. It’s nice to be able to customize buttons depending on the game. Last, the battery life is wonderful. Razer claims 95 hours. In my time of testing, I only had to charge it when I initially took it out of the package. It’s also easy to charge with the USB C port in the front of the device, and it can be used while charging. Overall this is a great mouse for anyone looking for a high performance option focused around quick response and great accuracy.

I don’t know if it was just my mouse or all of them have this issue but my sensor would spaz out and I wouldn’t be able to play for a couple of seconds and then the sensor would kick back and I could play again the game I use this most with is Fortnite. I don’t know if it’s an issue with the mouse the game or just my PC in general but it’s a great mouse other Than that issue
