I really have nothing negative to say. it’s a great mic!

Great brand, but I wasn't really enjoying the sound from this mic. I decided to return the item. Mainly, because of the lack of quality, it didn't measure up to the expensive price.

I was not pleased with the audio quality. I don’t see the difference in sound without a mic or with one. I will probably invest in a more expensive mic for better sound quality

got this for my sister, she says it works as expected.

Ok quality. The sound quality of my canon 80d mic is the same is this mic. So I returned it and ordered the pro. This could be a good mic for cheaper cameras that have bad mics.

Mount perfect for iPhone to record posdcats and videos.

I didn’t like it. Popular issues like other ppl had. Like hissing, high background noise. It records My voice is also low. Will upgrade

This has NO POWER SOURCE, so it relies on the input jack to provide power. Unfortunately, Rode refuses to publish a list of compatible devices. It turns out that the device I have (a Canon video recorder) is NOT compatible. Frankly, this is a bullsh*t product and complete waste of money.

Randomly this mic has recorded a bubbly popping sound. Half the time it doesn’t and there doesn’t seem to be any consistency. Great when it works but unreliable.

Bough this for interviews i needed to film, in a controlled location its great and clear but if you are in a noisy environment it picks up a lot of ambient noise.

I didn’t know nothing about microphones and this one did the work; however I don’t recommended for long distances or noisy places.

I purchased this microphone my primary use was for outside. I would not recommend this mic if you are planning to use it outside. Maybe good for indoor but not for outside. I ended up upgrading to VMP+ cost lot more but very happy about the quality

Rode is a great brand. Rode makes a lot of great mics. I didn’t have my usual Rode mic that cost me a lot of money. I purchased this as the only option at the time. This is a terrible waste of money and I can’t even say it gets the job done. Unless you want the sound to be a ton of cats under a metal trash can trying to get out. I prefer plug in lapel over anything

this microphone is good in picking up the sound. But it also picks up noise from wifi.

Not good. Sounds quality was horrible. Easy to use but I would not purchase again.

This mic was not, if any, better than the built in mic on my Canon 70D. Atleast not to me when listening to the playback. Returned the product.

Had to take this back because it will not connect to my android phone. Would have to get a separate adapter for another $20

After trying everything we could figure out we decided to return this product. It didn't provide the quality that we were looking for.
