Versatile Mic

I love that it has a USB-C connection on the side, because I can plug it into my smart phone or computer and use it to film and record with this external mic as the source. You can also use it with an Apple product when you buy a USB-C to Lightning cable made by Rode.

Better upgrade from VideoMic Pro

Love the metal body and since it powers up automatically, it keeps me from having to remember to turn on and off the VideoMic's power. Had to carry so many extra batteries before.

Hissing noise.

Because I waited to open the product after a few months of purchasing it, it was too late to return.

Not the greatest

I get a lot of echo and background noice. Right now I’m using it as a backup mic cause I feel I can’t rely entirely on this one.
