great mic!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the sound it produces once i connect it to my camera is amazing! it has minimum to no static noise. the only adjustment i had to do was lower down the volume on my camera once i put it on +20 dB. Def. a big upgrade for sounds on my videos!

Needs 9V battery but still nice!

I exchanged it for the plus, it has a rechargeable battery. But this is nice too!

I use this with Canon 70D and Joey tripod. However, the microphone does not come with batteries or instructions on how to operate. Would not recommend if it wasn’t on sale.

Decent mic for the price

A bit of background noise has been in my recordings but it could be the large rooms I have filmed in and it cleans up pretty good in adobe audition. Still getting used to the mic too!

I totally dig this product.

There were lawnmowers audible and airplanes overhead, but the mic only picked up the audio we needed in our intimate scenes. What a great find!

sound is great

However, a button fell off the back the first time I used it so I have to take it back and get it replaced. Other than that it works really well. I may just have had a defective one.
