Excellent external Mic for DSLRs or camcorder

Initally the support for the mic felt flimsy, I was very concerned since the mic would be handled by multiple people but so far it has held up.

I haven’t tried this but it looks sturdy, the only thing I notice was there was a dent on the mic foam due to how it was arranged in the box. Hopefully it didn’t mess up the sound. I’ll update soon

Works best when it’s closer to the subject, but when it’s at a distance it performs poorly. Battery is pretty good and last very long. I’ll say if you want something better, look somewhere else like Deity mics, but if nothing else, this one could save your day.

Great upgrade to in-camera mic.

It sounds best the closer you are to the mic. I suggest being careful inserting the rechargeable battery as the small metal pin (which the battery touches to enable charging) is a bit delicate. If it bends and stops making contact with the battery, you can no longer charge it with the mic.
