It is a good microphone, I’m using it with my Sony a6400. The mic is actually good. However You’re going to have to buy an adapter for your camera in order to hold the microphone.

Sounds perfect. Compared to the built in Mic on phones and action cams, this cuts out a lot of the background noise that tends to be not that good.

Bought to mount on my DJI Osmo Pocket extension pole, and my IPhone, for a great setup. A fine addition; great sound and voice captures, and the wind arresting “dead cat”, included, is very handy.

I think I like a lapel microphone better. These tend to pick up echo when in a room and outside they don't focus well on the sound source. They are good but not great. Their advantage is that they allow you to be cable free.

I purchased this mic for my husband as he’s picked up a new hobby in videography and he loves it. The mic makes a huge difference in sound and the price was a cherry on top! Would absolutely recommend!

RODE is a very top-of-the-line brand and this microphone is no exception it has the really good audio quality and comes with a wind screen in the box.

Just amazin for the price and the size... dont hesitate to buy, it works amazing, only remember that if youre going to uae it on a phone you need another wire

Fantastic for vlogging. Smaller size helps with traveling too. Seems as good as my larger Rode on my older camera but half the size. Seems a bit flimsy though.

Great microphone for your camera, you can relax knowing that the quality of the sound will be recorded even that they are coming from a normal distance.

Makes sound quality better in videos, but does not get rid of surrounding sound (traffic, waves, etc.) like I'd hoped it would, even if the microphone isn't pointing at those things.

I love it, really good for beginners, I use it for my android and apple phone, mainly for my dslr camera. I love the fact that you don't need batteries. Great product definitely recommend.

Used this product to capture higher-quality sound during the video recording of an outdoor beach wedding ceremony. Worked absolutely perfectly.

Bought it to use on a Canon DSLR camera for ding videos of the new family members and the rest of the family. Even came with wind deadening fuzzy cover. Works really well.

I’ve been through a ton of mics - more expensive and cheaper. Larger and smaller, and this is by far THE BEST! Shielded so no vehicle electronics interference, and wonderful sound quality.

Super easy to hook up to the camera and records quality sound-much better than the cameras built in microphone. The included wind-muff does a good job of cutting the wind noise.

It’s obviously not going to be the best quality but I was surprised at how good the quality is. Best alternative for beginners or someone in a pinch and needed a quick replacement after last one broke on a shoot.

Great little microphone, I use it for just about everything from my tablet,to my phone, and the camera. Easy to store and set up. Makes for great vidoes or vlogging.

Added this to my Sony A6500 mirrorless camera. Worked great in an arena during graduation to pick up speakers clearly and without distracting extraneous noises. Think it's a keeper.
