    Not impressed. I had much higher expectations for this microphone. I researched prior to buying, and there were many cheaper options (on Amazon) from brands I don't know, but I wanted reliable quality so I went with RODE. After months of using it and being so dissatisfied, I'm finally going to give it away or stick it in a closet and try someting else. The positives are that it's easy to use. The negative is the sound quality is terrible. There's a lot of buzzing and static that comes with it. So, When I record a video, I actually use my phone to record secondary audio and then use video editing software to match the audio to the video, because the sound on the file is so terrible using the rode.
