The microphone works perfectly well for its design and purpose. Perfect for youtube, vlogging, and any recreational use.

Although I couldn’t keep it due to my main camera falling, this was an amazing addition to my gear. Great in any sort of weather and a must have!

It’s pretty good when there is a lot of sound, but since the mic isn’t powered, I found that it would sometimes cut out if we didn’t have much sound to pick up

Compact mic, lightweight & good audio at a bargain price. I love the small 3” format & the universal shoe mount.

I wanted to use it for my Sony cameras AND also for my PC - but my mistake, cannot use on PC. ;-( Otherwise I am satisfied with the purchase.

Great microphone! Wind muffler is key to have and works flawlessly. Overall size was bigger than expected but for the price point it's perfect.

the poof can sometimes fall off and it can be hard for it to stay on the camera but it's a good camera mic

Obviously not the top of the line sound for the price but it kills the sound of wind etc. and all you do is plug and play and it’s small.

This will pick up a great deal of background noise, which is totally ok if you’re vlogging. Not great if you’re trying to pick up conversation with a lot of background noise.

I can tell a big difference in sound quality wheni use this!

This mix is a perfect size for traveling and if you don't want a huge microphone in your face when filming. It was also very unstable. It felt like it was going to break off when I was moving my camera with it on. The sound wasn't a huge different. The background hiss did become louder. I may have not had my camera settings correct but I did try different things to improve it but it wasn't working.
