    Bought this for use as an external for my mirrorless and the quality of the audio is above and beyond the standard audio without a mic. For the price, the bump in audio quality is well worth it.

    The mic worked great as an attachment to our camera! We used it indoors and outdoors. The sound quality was good. Super easy to set up and use.

    I used this for recording a few interviews on a Canon DSLR. Tripod with camera and mic was 10-20' from each interviewee depending on environment. I was easily able to isolate ambient noise in post to arrive with a crisp and detailed audio for each scenario.

    Solid Camera boom microphone. Overall with the right settings adjustments on your camera you can make this one work. Pretty good microphone for the price.

    It’s a bit loud. I prefer other Rode microphones. However this tiny little creature captures a lot. I wish there was a volume knob.

    Works as advertised. Rode mics are pre much the best there is. It cuts the wind noise by 100% outside. Never leave home without it
