||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Returned this and got the saramonic blink 500 that comes with TWO mics TWO lavalier mics and a receiver and ALL the cableS that you actually need to be able to use the device with any camera. The rode comes with charging cables and one camera input which doesn't always work with every camera. If you want to use a mic you have to purchase that separately which will cost you another 80$ or so. At the end of the day the blink 500 is a better deal and the sound quality is as good.

If only the transmitter were a little smaller

It would have been perfect if the transmitter were a little smaller/lighter. I'm a little on the heavy side so I wear baggy shirts and clipping this to my collar pulls it down. There are some copycats online that are a little cheaper but I chose not to roll the dice and get the real deal.

Pretty good...KEEP RECEIVER FACING MIC

Brilliant Mini Mics

I love every aspect of them except the wind blocker/ mini dead cat. It continues to fall off and doesn’t really do the job. But other that these are great and won’t break the bank. For new freelancer/videographer I would definitely invest.
