I could get service when others couldn't. Increased my data speed. They are right when they say it won't work with a metal phone case. I would recommend this product to anyone with a cell phone! It works as advertised!!

Huge Improvement With Reception
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I live in a rural area in a tin roofed house thus I was about to give up my Iphone5s due to such poor reception until I applied the Reach Antenna exactly how the instructions stated and the quality of my reception improved so much so that I can actually use my phone throughout my house even while walking around and with my phone being encased in an otter box. Before I installed the Reach Antenna it was impossible for me to make or receive a call from inside my house. I highly recommend it to anyone who is having reception issues. BTW: I had a friend that swore to me that it didn't work however after seeing mine work she admitted that she had applied it without reading the instructions thus I believe reading and following the instructions during application is crucial to the performance of the product.

Posted .Reach Antenna is tested and proven to always be working to strengthen your signal, but you may not always see more “bars” on your phone screen. Often times performance is seen when you have the ability to make and hold calls in areas where you were previously unable to. You may also see better battery life because the phone isn’t having to work as hard to find and hold a signal. The reason for this is related to how your phone measures signal strength, and what it takes to give you a full “bar”. Your phone’s signal strength is measured in dB’s, and with the logarithmic (non linear) dB scale you can have a 2 dB improvement (which gives you a 1.5x signal improvement) while still not having the phone show an extra “bar”. A full “bar” improvement requires 10 dBs, which equals a very big 10X improvement in your signal.

And I live in an Urban/City area. Where there are a lot of interfering signals. I truly believe it's worth the investment! Give it a try!

I live in an area that has good outdoor service but horrible service in the house. With this antenna I have had ALL of my texts go through, even picture texts that used to be undelivered. I also have had much better service on my end when facetiming. This is a great product and I couldn't be happier with it..
