Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.In response to the brand responder there is more to signal strength than just db gain as all phones though close are slightly different th one with one bar could have been just below threshold for his/her phone and just made enough to go past thresh hold also latency of screen update as opposed to realtime performance Now it being a passive device,is it operating as a reflector or director on a micro sized yagi antenna most readers won't understand what I just said but you need check with your engineering department It's up to us technicians to make their ideas work also need see independent data and test methods I really would like to review any data you have as I'm real frustrated with cell service by all carriers in my area my review level actually means nothing at this point

It is important to know that you can have improved signal and still not see an extra “bar” on your phone. Your phone’s true signal strength is measured in dB’s and then converted into the bars we all know and love. The dB scale is a logarithmic (non linear) scale, so you can have a 2 dB improvement (which gives you a 1.5x signal improvement) while still not having the phone show an extra “bar”. Often times improved performance is seen when you have the ability to make and hold calls in areas where you were previously unable to.

It did nothing at all for my service. In fact after a couple months the adhesive backing of this "Antenna" came loose and I eventually just pulled it off. Since then I have started getting better service than I received with the product on my phone!!! Huge disappointment of a product.

It did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to increase the signal on my iPhone 5s. Total waste of 40 bucks. I WOULD NIT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TO ANYONE. WOULD BE NICE IF I COULD GET A REFUND.
