There was faster data speeds and better reception in areas I've had weak signals before. There was nothing special to do such as making connections in order for it to work. Just apply and it works.

It is important to know that you may not always see more “bars” as a result of your Reach Antenna, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t working to improve your signal. Often times Reach Antenna performance is seen when you have the ability to make and hold calls in areas where you were previously unable to. You may also see better battery life because the phone isn’t having to work as hard to find and hold a signal.

Couldn't tell a difference

I recently was outdoors in an alcove, and I thought perhaps I would have great signal strength while there. But no. I was expecting to be able to surf the web, etc., and had considerable difficulty. I really do not see what the big deal is. It looks like you have a lot more work to do. Sorry.

Posted .Reach Antenna is tested and proven to always be working to improve your signal but you may not always see an extra “bar” on your phone. The “bars” on your phone are translated from the dB’s which are a more accurate measurement of signal strength. dB’s use a logarithmic scale that is non linear like the earthquake scale. This means that you can have a 2 dB improvement (which gives you a 1.5X signal improvement) while still not having the phone show an extra “bar”. Often times Reach Antenna performance is seen when you have the ability to make and hold calls in areas where you were previously unable to. You may also see better battery life because the phone isn’t having to work as hard to find and hold a signal.

Videos loaded faster while I was out. I like that it's easily covered by my phone case. All in all I really enjoy this priduct!

After applying product no change in Internet occurred and also no change in my one bar of signal strength that I always have in one area of my home, and no change in the other area of patio that only gets two signal bars. Did not improve cell signal or Internet
