I could not even check my mail from there. Now with the Reach Antenna, I can open any websites I want and I can even listen to Pandora radio there too.

Posted .We are glad to hear you have seen some improvement in your signal strength with your Reach Antenna. Please know that while you may not always see more “bars” on your phone screen, Reach Antenna is always working to strengthen your signal. The reason for this is that your phone’s signal strength is measured in dB’s, and with the logarithmic (non linear) dB scale you can have a 2 dB improvement (which gives you a 1.5x signal improvement) while still not having the phone show an extra “bar”. This means that often times performance is seen when you have the ability to make and hold calls in areas where you were previously unable to. You may also see better battery life because the phone isn’t having to work as hard to find and hold a signal.
If you are in need of a bigger lift in your signal we do have a newer product called Reach Case that you may want to consider. Reach Case has an extendable antenna and gives you our best signal improvement to date - - up to a 3X stronger LTE signal. Reach Case is available at Best Buy stores and also online.

Posted .Please know that Reach Antenna is tested and proven to be always working to strengthen your signal, but you may not always see more “bars” on your phone screen so you may not always realize what it is doing for you. I often forgot it was there, except when I noticed my data speed was faster and my service was better. Then I remembered why!
