I initially went in looking for it could not find it. There was no sales associate in the department. I was about to walk out but the cashier on the front knew right it at and saved the sale,. She should be given a free lunch for her service. The reader works very good and very happy.

Also was locked out due to a big transaction. Emailed and explained the situation. No customer service. Loved the product but no support. I even bought a second one to set up 2 accounts. Lost $. Moved on to another entity.
